First time in the establishment and I innocently walked up to the bar to order a beer and was lectured by a male manager that I can't do that ... was waved off to select a table on the first floor. Once I did, two women "greeters" descended upon me saying I couldn't sit there because the table was reserved ( a glance around the first floor showed 70% of tables were empty ) ... went up to 2nd floor and Patty was fantastic, have her greet people on the first floor PCBC ! Upon leaving, I forgot to put my mask on and a busboy literally followed me to the door of the bathroom insisting I put my mask on at which point I told him to calm down. He stated to me he was going to go get a manager as I WAS ENTERING THE BATHROOM ! Really ? Patty was great, the first floor "faces to the customer" were total losers. Won't be back. WERE YOU CITED FOR COVID VIOLATIONS ? NOT MY PROBLEM ... YOURS !

Atmosphere out on the patio was very nice this afternoon, server did an excellent job, and the phantom burger was one the best I ever had. Almost left before I could enjoy all of that due to lethargic, unenthused hostess. Needs to be upgraded to match the rest of the experience.

Went for lunch one day shortly after moving to Colorado Springs. Had great local brews and lunch. Good enough we've been back several more times and enjoyed every visit.

Make reservations first! Tables are spaced out. Flights of beer are great and so is the Beer Can Chicken, Beer Gouda soup, Fish n Chips, and Lemon Tabasco Chicken, and the bread pudding and other dessert. Large photo on wall of the Phantom Canyon. Great service from our female waiter on Thurs as she quickly brought be some soup and toast due to dropping blood sugar. They also sell t-shirts etc. Wheelchair accessible with parking across the street in a pay lot but also free street parking. Highly recommend this establishment for a fun evening with good beer and food! :)

This was a great restaurant with good beer and food. The atmosphere was also really nice. I would go back just for the fried pickles!
