Wow, what a bad experience. This used to be my favorite place, but now it’s just depressing and wrong. The menu is the same, but prepared with … whatever. The soup was literally lukewarm. The establishment is still using COVID rules from a year ago to compensate for lack of effort. Got a bad incomplete photocopy of a menu. Why? I was told because of COVId, LOL. Then I got the bill — an unexpected 3% surcharge - mandatory - to compensate the staff in the kitchen. It appears that the angry and bitter servers don’t share their tips; feel free to tip them the minimum. Wow. Karma. The place used to be busy and happy — now it’s a depressing mangy mutt that should be euthanized. I haven’t been to a more depressing sad restaurant in — ever.

Sat at the bar. The bartender lady working at the bar was obviously busy. She rarely made eye contact so as to avoid her bother with taking my food and drinks order. Ordered a Patty Melt medium cooked. After a long wait it was served. Bartender ran away. The beef was almost raw and a health violation. No time left for a redo. Cat's at Pikes Peak Center about to start. Had to wave with both hands to get server's attention from just the other side of the bar as she ran around. Showed her the raw meat. She voided my tab. I left.

Thanks for ruining my families birthday celebration! This was one of our favorite places in COS until tonight. Reservations were made order was taken and then the delay.... no salads, no food and when the food did finally arrive the kids orders were messed up.... no problem said the waitress as she took away their meals. 25 minutes later we had all finished eating and the kids had no food. I asked for the manager twice and was told he was very busy. The waitress brought out some snacks and cold fries; finally their meals arrived at one hour and 40 minutes. I would have appreciated the manager just stopping by even as the waitress reduced the bill and apologized. The manager Nicholas Albert gave me his card "for me to call"??? We would have had better service at many other restaurants, hope you don't take all of your customers for granted.

My patty melt was very good and came out quickly waiter was very attentive and came at the right times. The only thing that was odd was the table was sticky I think it was the finish on the table that is wearing but other than that. Everything was great.

This place is deceiving from the outside. It is cute/type of fancy for dinner. However, when you want to raise the bar and have a little more fun, you walk up the stairs and play pool or sit outside next to a fire pit when is cold or just relax. It is not pricey. I would say it is good according to what they offer. The food is amazing to include the drinks. The staff is friendly. I have been there a few times and I have always had a great time. Even one New Year's Eve. You can also go in the middle of the day or afternoon and watch sports. There are televisions everywhere.

We have gone to this restaurant on occasion. My sons wedding reception was also held here. We enjoy the food and the service is good. Another reason we have gone is due to the downtown location. It is walking distance to the Pikes Peak Center and is pretty centrally located.

Extensive menu choices generally very well prepared (I just haven't tried everything). While not fine dining, the fare is more than just pub food, far more. Haven't been in a few months, so can't really recall what we had last time, but things like shepherd's pie, lemon Tabasco fired chicken are great. And their Mother's Day special, I hear, was incredible: Beer battered soft-shelled crab, corn and avocado salad, romesco and orange bacon jam.
Certainly a cornerstone of culinary comfort in Colorado. . . And there's 3 floors of it; with pool tables on the second, and a great gathering bar/event hall on the 3rd for post-COVID fun.

Stopped here for dinner and local brews. We enjoyed our evening on the deck, although the view is a large parking lot. Beer was good, food was good. Shepherd's pie is not quite traditional. It is served "soupy" with a spoon, but otherwise very tasty. We would like to have participated in trivia night, but the MC could only be heard inside, and the night was too nice to be undercover. This place is popular, and we would visit again.

Atmosphere out on the patio was very nice this afternoon, server did an excellent job, and the phantom burger was one the best I ever had. Almost left before I could enjoy all of that due to lethargic, unenthused hostess. Needs to be upgraded to match the rest of the experience.

Went for lunch one day shortly after moving to Colorado Springs. Had great local brews and lunch. Good enough we've been back several more times and enjoyed every visit.
