So glad we stopped!
Jul 2018 • Family
After a hot 8 hours at the zoo, we were looking for ice cream to cool off! As we were driving by, we saw they had it on their sign, so we stopped. The ladies were wonderful and very helpful. We also purchased a few candies for later that evening...which were delicious! We were back home the next night and I told my husband I wished I had another almond chew to enjoy after our 10 hour drive!

Average chocolate

I'm hard pressed to understand the raves here, especially after having had chocolate in Europe. They do do some nice gift boxes though.

Toffee Peanuts!!!
Mar 2018 • Family
You gotta try the toffee peanuts and cinnamon toffee peanuts!!! I'm officially addicted!! I was also excited to see Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans from Harry Potter but am scared I'll get an earthworm or vomit flavored one!! I didn't care for the tiramisu truffles at all (forgot to take a picture of it). The shell was hard as a rock and it tasted nothing like my favorite dessert. We'll be back though!

Always stop at Patsy's!
May 2017
The factory wasn't open for tours the day we were there, but the young lady in charge was gracious enough to accommodate me, my sis Patsy!, and our elderly Mom who we were there visiting. She gave us a private tour of the factory which was down for the season but we we able to see how the candy is made and taste some samples. Of course we left with bags of candy - my favorite being their salt water taffy!

Nightly chocolate at the Broadmoor
Jun 2017 • Business
I must admit that I did not physically visit the store, but when I stayed at the Broadmoor, the night time pillow chocolate came from Patsy's and it was spectacular. The chocolate was super creamy and smooth. It basically melted in my mouth and gave me a hug each night. So tasty!!!

Everything online suggested tours stil available, even their flyer we had found while on the town earlier but when we arrived we were told they stopped that some time ago. Small shop. Great coffee fudge

Patty's is a fun place to stop and pick up some local candy. The people are very friendly and it's a very cute little shop with unique gifts.

Lots of sweets to choose!
Jul 2016
I remember coming to Patsy's when I was little and enjoyed taking my kids now many, many years later. There are so many wonderful delights to choose from. It's hard to pick just one. It's small but the choices seem endless. Everything was a great treat and worth the calories!

Great stop
Sep 2016 • Couples
We always try to find local chocolate shops while traveling. We stopped here after visiting Garden of The Gods. Very good chocolate , not the absolute beat I have ever had but really good .

But what was the star was their regular popcorn. Simple and cooked in coconut oil. I wasn't even planning on buying popcorn and walked out with a huge bag.

Customer service was great too!

What a fun tour!
Aug 2016 • Family
What a fun behind-the-scenes tour of a legendary local establishment! Patsy's has been around since 1901 and provides all of the chocolates to The Broadmoor Hotel. It is an old-fashioned chocolate factory that also makes taffy, popcorn, and other treats. The tour was informative with multiple samples. We bought a lot of sweets in the front of the store after the tour. Great for families with young kids or just people who like to learn about how things are made.
