We had a very nice experience at this escape from a couple of months ago. It was steep (no steeper than any other room, but they are all steep for a family of five), but while there they offered us a discount if we rebooked for next time right there and then so we did. We were actually very excited because we didn’t think we would be able to afford to come back so soon! Then I got Covid. I didn’t know how long it was going to last, or who else in the family would get it so we had to cancel. We thought this was the responsible thing to do. When I finally recovered and we were sure that nobody else in the family had it I called to rebook and asked (very nicely) if I could get the same discounted price, since the only reason we had to cancel was because I had Covid. The woman told me she didn’t think so but that she would check. She then proceeded to whisper loudly on the other end of the line about me very rudely with a man, and I very clearly heard them decide together not to gibe us the discount. This whole experience was awful! We thought we had found a place that we loved to spend time at and we were even thinking about booking my sons birthday party here next year! This phone call today left me really bummed out. That they could not take the small step to extend a discount that they clearly give every single day because we had made a responsible decision, and then in addition to rudely talk about it in loud whispers while I was listening! Unfortunately we are going to take our business elsewhere from now on.

This was our first experience in an escape room so we were anxious. But we ended up having a lot of fun even though we ran out of time (We should have asked for clues sooner.) We learned we actually work well as a team and still had a good sense of accomplishment because we were very close to solving it. The room was very thought out with creative clues and authentic decor. We’ll definitely be back to try a different room.

Perfect for celebrating mom's birthday with some younger kids. The Speakeasy was a challenge yet doable with nothing too scary or inappropriate for the kids. We had a great time. The staff is knowledgeable and engaging. Show up a bit early and look around, they are still adding on.

We have done lots of escape room, but this was unique and special. Not only did we see puzzles that we hadn’t seen before, but got the chance to introduce friends and family to the concept of escape rooms. It truly was a blast and the best part was that we solved the riddle and escaped!!!!

This escape room is both fun and challenging. Great date night or just go on your own and take your chances with the other people who show up. Their website provides excellent descriptions of the rooms and the difficulty level of each one.
If I can find a few more “think outside the box” people I want to try more of their rooms!

I took my 16 year old daughter and 3 of her friends to our first ever escape room. Our room was titled "fried chicken". We had a blast! Made it out (3 minutes to spare) with only asking for 3 hints. It was very clever and quite challenging. We are already planning our next escape! Owners were amazing!

Best escape room in the Springs! We have done every room here and loved ALL of them (but Derailed is definitely our favorite!)

Very fun experience!! Super friendly staff. We did the speakeasy room and it was just the right amount of challenging for our group. (This was everyone’s first escape room experience). 10/10 recommend

We loved 21 Keys. The Derailed room is well thought-out. The staff was friendly & the room was clean really clean with a great fresh tree forest smell.

We booked it today and were able to get all ten of us into The Speakeasy! This was a great experience, it made us use our brains (near the end of everyone’s Christmas break) and work together as a team!! We had out of town guests and wanted to find something to do indoors and this was absolutely perfect. Our hostess was so kind too!!! Thank you for a great night!
