This really is a marvellous place, aren't the locals lucky to have this as a free public park. We visited with friends who live nearby. We made 2 stops, first stop was by the balanced rock - which looks anything but balanced. Like kids we...More

Garden of the Gods is a must see if you visit Colorado Springs. The balancing rock is the most popular spot. But my favorite spot to get a great photo is the siamese twin rocks - it's a bit of a hike but well worth...More

Absolutely stunning rocl formations and mountain views. There are paved paths and dirt trails to satisfy anywhere from a young child or season hiker. We did not let the extremely rude and unkind (worker or volunteer) who threatened to have me thrown in jail for...More

The rock formations are amazing to see in person. The park is free and easy to drive around. In the summer you need to go early if you want to park at the several different lots to get out and do some hiking. My teens...More

A totally free experience, including the guided tour. Incredible rock formations. Easy walking, but also totally worth it if you only drive through.

We have been here several times The place is amazing and FREE. We don't rock climb so we just hike the park, but if you are a rock climber you will love this place.

This park is great for families with little children and people with mobility issues. It's entirely flat and the paths are nicely groomed and even paved in areas making it easy for strollers and wheelchairs. The rock formations are absolutely gorgeous too. Beware of crowds...More

Get here early. Main parking area near larger rock formations was full with cars waiting to park at 10:00 am. Continued to drive through the park to the Balancing Rock before we were able to park. Balancing rock was great because it is in one...More
