Extremely unfriendly front desk and constantly changing massage therapists

I have gone here dozens of times over the past 4 years as it is close and convenient, but I will no longer use this location. They have always had a revolving door of massage therapists making it impossible to develop any type of consistency. They have also become more and more unfriendly when it is needed to reschedule an appointment. They irony is, because they always have changes in staff, they are always rescheduling clients. I have experienced this at least 3 times in the past 6 months alone. Way too frequent in my opinion. It is challenging enough to find time in busy schedules to make time for self-care like massage. If it is an unpleasant experience then it certainly doesn't help when it comes to 'relaxation'. This Castle Rock location is simply not worth your money.

a slightly above average massage chain

this place is usually almost always understaffed--we have to book 3-4 weeks in advance to get appointments--the southlands location is run at a very higher level then this location--almost worth travelling the extra 30 minutes to get a massage--plenty of other massage chains around to chose over this one

Great way to relax and revitalize!

My husband gave me a Massage Envy massage for Mothers Day and I called to make an appointment today for it. He is a Massage Envy member, so he earns points for free massages. I was told that it was $10 to transfer one of his "free" massages to a family member or friend. I thought that was ridiculous as it costs them nothing to let me use one of his massages, and I told the receptionist that. She said she'd make a one time exception but if we were to do it again we'd have to pay the fee. Anyway, it was a good massage and I really enjoyed it, but the negative energy from the telephone call lingered and it is too bad they feel the need to nickel and dime their customers.
