Magical day with small children . Park was not busy and we were able to get right on the rides. Our children were 5 and 4 so this was a very magical experience.

Santa was wonderful. When my grandson asked for an X Box and Santa said he would have to check with his parents before bringing any electronics.

The magic show was truly magical and the adults and children were in awe.

This was the childrens highlight of their trip.

A cute stop for kids, but only worth if you have the time for a longer visit. There is only a pay one price bracelet option, no tickets or per ride price. We stopped in while driving through the area and walked around to stretch out legs and let the kids see Santa on his summer vacation. If we'd had more time our kids (2 & 4) would certainly have enjoyed the rides, but I'm not sure how old might be too old here as it is aimed at younger kids for sure.

It is nice that they have an option to walk around for free, and it seems like they have a few scheduled shows that might be nice.

We were skeptical about stopping at the North Pole after driving all the way up to Pike’s Peak and it being July but we did… we made the right choice!!! We had a blast. It’s a cute little North Pole themed park with rides, shops, and all kinds of decor. The kids each got the unlimited ride pass ($25 a piece) and had a great time. The lines weren’t long, the staff was friendly, and the park was very clean! There were some significant inclines to climb for some attractions but that’s expected being on the base of a mountain. Overall, we had a great time and spent about 2 1/2 hours there. Well worth the stop and allowed us to move around after being in the car for a long time.

I noticed lots of billboards for this place while driving from Pueblo, CO to Colorado Springs, CO. I didn't pay much attention, and if we hadn't noticed it just before the entrance to the Pike's Peak highway we would never have stopped on our way back.

We didn't do much. It appeared that there was an entrance fee to the amusement park, and that the park itself was geared more toward children than adults.

Perhaps our impression was wrong, but in any case what we could easily get into for free was the gift shop. It was a pleasant enough space, as I recall featuring a lot of light colored wood, There were far fewer items I'd classify as Christmas knick-knacks than I expected, though of course there were some. I was amused to find some chocolates made by a company in my home state. We also found the usual sweatshirts with amusing things printed on them.

Overall, nothing special. You might find something you like, but you're not going to find anything unique.

There are many fun things for children of all ages. The rides are fun and are nearly all Santa themed. The magic show was good for the age-group.
The food wasn't over priced and was pretty average for them park food. However, a small cup of water was the same price as an entire bottle.
My main issue was that the pathways are not disability friendly and there is nothing anywhere on the website warning of this. The paths are very steep, which would be navigable with better railings, but the paths are also slanted down. I assume this is for drainage purposes, but this should be somewhere on the website.
If you don't have mobility issues, this is a fabulous day for families.

We’ve visited Santa’s Workshop yearly for 24 years. This time we missed not hearing the Christmas music. We asked at the main gift shop upon leaving and the lady said it was playing. Something was playing so low you could not hear it. We asked two rides operators and it seemed like they didn’t want to answer. Usually the Christmas music is heard throughout the park. It is a Christmas theme park after all. For this reason I gave a three star review. If the music doesn’t stay a part of the usual theme we won’t be bac as the songs create the atmosphere.

Santa was NOT jolly! I’ve been going to the North Pole for the last 50 years and yesterday was the first time taking my first grandchild! We got there early and went straight to Santa’s house. The first thing Santas did was tell us all to get behind the line. He never asked my grandson what he wanted for Christmas. He never said Merry Christmas to any of us and when my little guy (1.5 yrs) was clapping his hands because we said he was doing a good job sitting and not crying—Santa batted his hands down. It was unbelievable and we were all very disappointed. We were lucky to get at least one good photo. From there we went to the post office to make sure we got postcards mailed out. The woman working in that shop was just as cranky. When we asked if we could mail out from there she went on a rant about how there is no way they are guaranteeing letters from Santa delivered by Christmas, etc. We didn’t even ask for that. We weren’t asking for letters… we were simply asking if we could mail some postcards that had the North Pole Postmark on them. I do want to say after that-the experience was much, much better! Shop owners and staff running rides and concession were professional and quite a few were very, very accommodating and friendly!! We were all glad that our experience ended a lot better than it started. I sure hope next time we visit Santa will be as jolly as he was on all of our precious visits!!

Day 2 of grandson's birthday. Park wasn't very busy found it very interesting that this park is Christmas-themed from one end to the other. Being a professional Santa Claus I found this whole amusement park intriguing. There are rides for young and old. They cater mostly to the young children. Which is perfect. I enjoyed the one-on-one interaction with their Santa Claus that we took photos weird in Santa's house. Lots of rides fairly priced and I am Telling You Christmas ornaments by the gazillions all very fairly priced I have gone to many places I don't see them this cheap. You'll buy your items and they'll actually asked you if you would like to package them and ship them to the front gate and you don't have to carry them around and it'll be ready for you when you get there. Food was really reasonably priced. Guaranteed you I would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a fun place for families with younger children. It is a bit pricey but you can watch for coupons and an occasional discount. It's great for younger grandparents because you get a great discount. Kids love the cars on the left just as you enter. Another favorite is the sky ride. These two rides only take 2 or 3 people at a time.Go to those rides early in the day before the lines get long. You can bring in a picnic lunch and there are covered picnic tables where you can leave your coolers. An inexpensive table cloth is a great idea. Get there early to save a table. This park is on the side of a mountain but has paved paths good for strollers. Just plan on some uphill walks to get to the top.

This is the place to buy souvenirs! Especially Christmas ornaments. We bought several things here and are pleased with ALL of them! Prices were very reasonable. They wrapped all our purchases in tissue paper for safely getting them home. There is also an area to purchase tickets for various activities. We recommend a stop by here. Pick up gifts for those back home and a couple of carved wood Christmas ornaments to boot!
