Not a great experience

I was super excited to get a birthday massage here. I have been to the boutique part and love their products etc. However, my massage therapist started talking about how her “immune system is super strong” and how Covid is no worse than the flu. I am a naturopathic physician and my husband is an ICU nurse. To tout misinformation like this is so disheartening, especially since my husband (the one who treated me to the massage) has been intubating patients during the pandemic and I have treated many with long Covid symptoms. What’s even more upsetting is that this therapist proceeded to cough during a lot of the massage 😳😮‍💨. Such a shame since a group of people who need healing the most lately are health care workers and this kind of behavior is super alienating. The massage was mediocre at best. Sadly I will have to go elsewhere next time. The place is gorgeous. Such a shame.

Lovely and peaceful place- unexpected find
Dec 2019
I happened to end up here by accident and fell in love immediately. The gardens are beautiful and you can walk around outside, meditate and explore for hours. The food from the cafe is 'clean' and yummy. The service is great. The store has all kinds of fun stuff. Overall very welcoming.

Didn't do any classes because I didn't have time so review is based on place overall. I'm excited to come back and try

Beautiful place, tough workout
Jan 2019 • Couples
My daughter really wanted me to try a yoga class at True Nature. OK, maybe I will learn something. I already lived True Nature for its architecture, its peacefulness, the delicious, healthful foods and beverages. The class instructor read very good, very knowledgeable and friendly. I like to think that I am in very good shape, but this was tough. And after an hour I had to step out to rest. I read invited back in for the finale. I was wrong out for the rest of the day, but I learned a lot and am very glad I went.

I wish I could 10-star this place

Dear Everyone, please go here!

I was looking for more than an ordinary massage when I came to this place. I was looking for a spiritual healing journey and that is exactly what I got when I went to True Nature Healing Arts.

These people know what they are doing and I was incredibly impressed by how they incorporating physical wellness treatments as well as spiritual wellness treatments.

I chose the Bliss Package for $325 and if people feel like these prices are outrageous just ask yourself what your mental, physical, and spiritual health is worth.

I chose the Bliss Package for the Shirodhara third eye warm oil treatment because I wanted to keep my third eye open for creative purposes.

I had Sheryl (she is amazing and so sweet and thoughtful).

I already can't wait to go back.

True Nature is an amazing place to be when you have 10 minutes or 2 hours. Walk the reflexology path and give your feet some love. Admire the amazing Kiva architecture. Take a yoga class. Walk the meditation path. Study the edible plants around the property. Purchase a yummy Kombucha while having a light fare lunch. And while there, soak in the relaxing energy that envelopes you from all around the property. The owners have done a wonderful job creating a peaceful space for everyone to enjoy.

A Beautiful Sanctuary in Downtown Carbondale
Nov 2017 • Couples
If you are looking for a peaceful place with excellent teachers, this is it. An unbelievably beautiful and intentional sanctuary located in Carbondale, offering yoga, an Ayurvedic spa, a tea room, and an eco-friendly boutique, surrounded by a tranquil peace garden, I was able to take a yoga class there with my friend Jennifer Lane teaching. Used to the fast pace, it wasn’t so easy to move slowly and hold postures for what felt like forever, but Jennifer gently lead us through it.

If I lived in Carbondale I would go to all of their nutrition and meditation classes, and would definitely go to their yoga classes, especially when Jennifer is teaching.

Best massage ever. So relaxing. They have expanded since my last visit. Nice patio. Enjoy lunch or tea. Pricey, but you're worth it!
