Two friends and I had massages at True Nature. Mine was wonderful, my two friends' were not. To add insult to injury, when we wanted to shower off the oil before going directly to dinner, we were told that showers are an additional $50 fee. I have never encountered such a bizarre and inconsiderate policy at a spa, where a shower and locker room is always available!

I happened to end up here by accident and fell in love immediately. The gardens are beautiful and you can walk around outside, meditate and explore for hours. The food from the cafe is 'clean' and yummy. The service is great. The store has all kinds of fun stuff. Overall very welcoming.
Didn't do any classes because I didn't have time so review is based on place overall. I'm excited to come back and try

like immersing into a high end Zen temple of delight. I love everything about the place and if my pocket was deeper I would hang out here more when I am in town. Beautiful in every way but with friendly staff and not the usual customary yoga snobbery associated with such places. I love the selection of fare to eat and drink, the place is gorgeous. I didn't take yoga here but I am sure it's wonderful. Well done!

This is a wonderful find. Yoga classes a peace garden, special foods and healing plants. Very calming. Walk the labyrinth and a reflexology Path to experience different pressure points in your feet.

Best massage ever. So relaxing. They have expanded since my last visit. Nice patio. Enjoy lunch or tea. Pricey, but you're worth it!

True Nature is so much more than yoga, it is a healing oasis of uncompromising beauty on the Western Slope. Here is a short list of its many offerings: exceptional yoga classes, great vegan food made partially from their organic gardens, renown guest lecturers, evening meditation classes, massage, shop with an extensive selection of rare oils and yoga ware, outdoor reflexology path, meditation trail and summer music festival. For an unusual birthday, try this: I had my wife's birthday there and filled a class with newbe yogis, vegan treats after. Years later I'm still getting compliments.

This is the best yoga studio, peace garden, tea room, etc., in the world. I am not kidding. You have to experience it to see for yourself the beauty and love and dedication that has been put into every detail. The staff is loving, kind, and talented and every element will be felt in the energy of your heart. <3

A must stop for anyone traveling thru the roaring fork valley. So unique, welcoming and beautiful! I loved the peace gardens on the property, and seeing my husband walk the stone Reflexology-path...priceless!
