We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the section of river on the Numbers Full Day trip. With nearly 40 years in business, we very much appreciate your feedback, as we have tailored our offerings to meet the expectations of our guests. I can assure you that the vast majority of our Numbers Full Day guests do not want to repeat the same section twice. The only time we consider this option is at very low flows. However, our guests have made it clear that this is not preferred. Part of the thrill of rafting comes from the excitement and uncertainty of rapids that feel unfamiliar. While there is less Class 4 advanced whitewater on the second half of the day, most still appreciate the fast flows, consistent waves, fun rapids, additional mileage, and convenience of rafting back to our facility.
As you compare outfitters who may or may not charge for wetsuit rental gear, the old adage is true, "You get what you pay for". I assume you appreciated the proper fit, dry, and sanitized comfort that our wetsuit gear provided. As many of our other guests have pointed out, our wetsuit gear is top notch with a big enough selection to properly outfit everyone, even on busy days. This is rare in our industry, and takes a concerted effort and significant expense to achieve this. With above average river flows lasting well into July, this has been the type of season where wetsuit gear has been much more important. Usually, it is less important and more of an optional choice.
