Great hotel with friendly staff. The room is adequate, the Tap House great bar food. Sunday brunch was very nice! The workout facility and pool are nice. Played the golf course good value fir winter rates was windy but course seems very nice! Great place and reasonable pricing

My husband and I had the opportunity to golf this course. Absolutely stunning! This is by far one of the best courses we have golfed. Friendly staff, service, golf shop and bar/restaurant. We can't wait to golf it again.

Layout for meetings was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A flaw in their operations was food service. Was not well handled and in need of renovation. Lunch wait unacceptable dinner options limited. Breakfast well done but it is difficult to mess up eggs.

We just stayed at The Omni this past week. It was very outdated and just OK. The pool chairs were a bit dirty, the food was just marginal. All the staff was great but for an Omni it was not up to par. The rooms are dark and could us updating too. For the $$$ not sure it is worth it.

From the time I made our reservations over the phone to our checkout time, we had amazing service. The staff was very welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We ate at the Tap House twice and had the sit down breakfast. We had the pleasure of meeting Tom in both locations. The food was deliciously fresh and the wait staff were very friendly.
We booked the spa package, Tammy was so sweet and accommodating. We did the couples massage, both of us left very relaxed.
Celebrating an anniversary, Abigail sent up Champagne and dessert to our room. Like I said, we were very spoiled while we were there.
The only reason I thought about not giving a 5 star was because the rooms themselves need some updating. While they are comfortable, they are dated.
The hotel itself is beautiful and spacious.
I am basing my review on the wonderful service we received.

Rooms were very quiet, however the entire hotel seemed dated and room was small. Tap Room had a good selection of beer but service and food just ok. Pool area seemed much smaller than pictures and we were surprised there was only one hot tub.

This is a great hotel! We often stay at Omni hotels because they have these rooms with a living area that can be CLOSED off from the bedroom...and we love that! Our king-sized room was nice and spacious...and QUIET!
They have an onsite bar, a restaurant, and two outdoor pools. Right across the street is a mall, so if you want to do a little shopping or find a place to eat, it's all within a short distance from the hotel. They also have a shuttle service and they will take you over to the mall or any other place within a 5 mile radius. If you get Tim as your bus driver, he's AWESOME!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and could quite easily stay there again in the future.

I like Omni and stay at their properties when possible. My black level status usually gets me a nice room upgrade and I like the coffee service that is delivered to the room. Many Omni hotels are in need of an update and this hotel is no exception. The rooms are dated and the bed linens and comforters are in need of a change.

I chose this particular property because it has a golf course and I had some time to play. Here’s my review of the golf experience. The course is challenging and well kept. Greens are fast, hilly and difficult. It is a long and fun course. It would be impossible to walk this course. There are no guest lockers, the toilets are broken and the overall clubhouse experience is sub par. Not what I expected from a “resort.” I rented clubs and inside my rental bag were two empty beer cans and some garbage.

Had the food not been superb, I would have rated this resort less that what I did.
When I made my reservation, the Omni rep was VERY convincing, so much we stayed on the phone for close to an hr. I was excited for my first time in Colorado and couldn't wait for this stay. Boy was I disappointed.

Hotel Grounds - The hotel itself was nice. Every seating area inside and outside was cozy with modern decor. Spa and fitness center were very nice.

Front Desk - When I arrived, I was supposed to have a 9 am early check-in, which I was initially charged. The front desk tried to accommodate me with another room but I had specific preferences per request as a world traveler and it was ALL spelled out with my reservations. The manager, as arrogant as he was, thought a bottle of water was a nice jester, he did nothing really. The other lady, wish I knew her name, she was nice and tried her best to accommodate me. Needless to say I didn't get in my room until close to 1pm but the charge was removed.

Rooms - As soon as I opened the door, my first thought was LUXURY? I was not impressed. The Omni rep I spoke to said these were over $300 rooms...say what? The view from the balcony was the ONLY good thing about this room. I travel regularly and this was NOT luxury, heck not even 4 star. I had to call house keeping as soon as I got in the room cause there was hair and stains on the pillow cases. The carpet, furniture, curtains and ceiling had stains or scratches on them (see pics). I always bring disinfectant wipes for germs and as I was wiping, dirt was coming off of everything. I called guest services and asked for another room or an upgrade, to no avail I never got a call back...no surprise there....just terrible.

Food - The shining light thru it all. The food was EXCELLENT. The staff in the Meritage were wonderful. Only bad thing I can say about the restaurant is that it was dirty. The floors and tables in the back of restaurant should have been cleaned consistently and they weren't.

Liked the track fairly wide open and limited amount of trouble. Could use more water on the course. Very good at getting us out on time. Worth playing
