Really cool experience! We went on the summer kennel tour and golf cart run (9/1/21). We learned a lot about sled dogs, and our guide, Brooke, was very engaging and knowledgeable. Brooke was able to tell us about the individual dogs’ personalities, and we learned that the dogs with similar running gaits often get put on the same team for a run. The five week old puppies were adorable!! The golf cart run is a must if you visit in the summer. There were five adults on our cart and the dogs handled it with ease. The dogs seemed well taken care of and healthy. This is a really great family experience.

DO IT!!! Holy smokes was this an amazing experience! We visited in August and did the kennel tour plus cart tour. What a unique experience to see behind the scenes of this massive operation. We loved getting to pet and interact with the dogs and the cart tour was much more intimate and just something you can't experience just anywhere. It's very apparent how much love and care goes into it, the staff truly loves the animals and it shows. We will definitely be back for dog sledding if we can make it during the winter someday!

This wasn’t what I was expecting at all! My girls love dogs so we thought it would be fun to visit the “state of the art facility” to learn about dog sledding and cuddle the dogs. There are 144 Siberian huskies all chained up outside in dirt areas each with small plywood houses. The kennel smelled terrible - puddles of dog urine and poop. Cuddling the dogs was just petting them while they were chained up. I found it depressing and just not the environment I was expecting. That being said the staff seemed to love the dogs and were all very knowledgeable about the dogs, their routines, dog sledding, etc. We did go on a 2-mile summer run with the dogs pulling a golf cart. The dogs seemed to enjoy that and we were impressed by their strength and discipline. My girls did like visiting the dogs and wanted to stay longer to pet them but we were being ushered out for the next tour. I was glad to leave. The tour & run lasted approx 1.5 hrs. Definitely a racket! It was approx $80pp. Way too much $$ for this experience!! Staff was friendly & knowledgeable but I was just not impressed by the facility.

What a cool experience. If you love snuggling dogs this is a great way to spend some time. It was awesome to go around and meet all the pups, tails wagging away. Our lead dog Elsa was so good at guiding her pack. The dogs look like they really love pulling. Sarah, Darcy and their crew are very knowledgeable and give the dogs lots of love. I hope to bring my nephews here some day. Would love to come back again.
