They are looking for a new space. They advertised pop up locations but just not when we were there. It's a bumper as I was looking for a place for a young child to explore and heard great things.

We're fortunate to have the Children's Museum in Breckendridge. On our visits to the museum with our grandkids, all younger than 3 years of age, they would spend several hours going around to the different and interesting experimental stations learning while playing. A great place for both locals and visitors to Breck to enjoy.

Well it’s not a bad place, but I really frown upon childrens places that charge almost full price for the adults who aren’t doing more than parenting. $8 per kid, $6 per parent, $1 per grandparent so plan your price accordingly. Stocked with inexpensive preciously loved toys and repurposed products, it’s decent entertainment up to about 4 or 5 years old, but don’t expect to wear them out. A “medical center” stocked with old leg braces and crutches I thought was a little odd. Costume center, fishing with laminated fish, puppet center. I expected a little more out of a Breckenridge establishment.

My 3yo and 1.5yo really enjoyed all of the different rooms and stations. Tons of things to play with and explore and great for sensory and imaginative play. Highly recommend visiting with your little ones in Breck!

I took my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter here one morning and she had so much fun going from station to station. The working gondola was fascinating to watch (but don't touch please)! There are plenty of other things to touch, so it's fun and educational too! Also, if you leave for lunch, you can come back later at no charge!
