Great Fun with an fantastic staff.

One of the best experiences Breckenridge has to offer. We’ve been coming here for years. Beth (owner) is nothing short of amazing. From birthday parties to gatherings with friends and family to just wanting to be creative RPF is a great place to go.

Fun as EVER- and easy to book... a creative release in tense times!
Jun 2020
We had a blast painting outside last week! We went to see how it would work, and our family of 4 were thrilled with Beth's creativity in the "time of COVID." We LIVE in Breck and have painted here for over 10 years.... we've always loved it and were sad when we thought that health restrictions meant we couldn't come have fun at the studio. Instead Beth and her dedicated artist crew made it possible- and safe!- to paint outside in scheduled time blocks. Without charging extra, they now have you reserve a table (easy!) and have table side services for paint refills, etc. My kids commented how it felt so great to take our masks off at the table (we were a family group and wear our masks everywhere when it's not "just us") and just focus on creating. I'm so proud of our little town for taking care of locals and visitors- and businesses- by limiting proximity and capacity while having everyone mask up. Our plan is to keep our tradition and go to RFP whenever we can. Our cupboards are chock full of colorful (if amateur) memories from the studio. **Highly recommended, and booking online is so easy!**

Treats visitors very unkind!

I don’t even know where to begin! We came across Ready Paint Fire in the What to Do magazine we picked up in Breckenridge. I mentioned it to everyone and we looked it up online. You can’t really see all the project options so we called. I talked to Bethany and she advised there was indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor is considered VIP and she was sending me a private link to reserve. Our cell reception has been in and out so I emailed her to advise her it wasn’t accepting the coupon in the What to Do. Bethany advises me there were no coupons and I thought I wonder if she knows she has an ad in this magazine. I emailed her back and she very bluntly stated that due to the COVID-19 operations had changed and she was not able to honor it. I stated that I understood and we would discuss it. We are a group of 11. We got together with every last night and decided to go do some shopping so we thought we would just stop by and see what was actually available. We sent one person up and she said her next class was at noon. We parked in a paid parking lot. The other half of our party arrived and pulled into the lot. There were two unused parking spaces dedicated to RPF so they pulled in it and we were going to go back up to sign up for the 12 class but Bethany came marching out the back clapping her hands at us like she was telling us to “shoo” and telling our other guests “you cannot park there unless you have a class booked!” Before they could say that’s what they were doing she ranted on “and you are parked the wrong way. If I have an appointment come the can’t get in here or here!’ She was so dramatic with her gestures and didn’t let anyone say a word. Our guests stated that they did not want to give someone so rude and abrupt their business so we all left! I emailed Bethany to tell her that is no way you treat people who have drove 1500 miles to vacation and bring her our business. I advised her that she acted that way in front of 11 people who would definitely leave a review! She emailed me back stating that she reviewed all of the guidelines (we didn’t speak for 2 minutes and parking was never mentioned or the fact you couldn’t stop to schedule) of parking and booking online and proceeded to insult my family and friends by telling me she hoped we would practice safety while visiting Breckenridge! We all had masks on in the parking lot but this made my blood boil. I have been a nurse for 27 years and with no incentives whatsoever I have continued working full time since the outbreak. She then continued with untruths that she supposedly said and did and followed up with “I’ll post this to the review as well!” I have all correspondence if anyone would like to see but what if Someone just drove by thought this looks interesting and stopped? Would SJD have treated them the same?

Awesome place!

This place was so neat! My 5 year old son isn’t impressed easily when it comes to arts and crafts but he loves this place, as well as myself. Very reasonable prices and there’s something to paint for everyone. The workers were beyond amazing and friendly! Will be back every year we vacation in Colorado!

See how creative I can be

Aiming to try something fun while in Breck, the concierge at Valdoro Mountain Ledge suggested Ready Paint Fire - I did not really knowing what to expect. Upon arrival with a warm welcome greeting, I could paint, do ceramics, ornaments, glassware or a mosaic. Having never done a mosaic - Laurie, the assistant showed me the patterns, and off I went.
Cutting colored glass, deciding on how to approach my heart project - Laurie gave some tips which helped immensely -
And she was a great cheerleader too.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, no rush to leave - very accommodating. Beth, the owner was equally as pleasant. It was like working in your own home workshop - if you had one.
An entire family came in and they all decided to paint - what a fun family activity.
I will definitely suggest it to my family when they return to Breck.
My heart mosaic mirror will display beautifully in my home. I will go back for sure!

Great Rainy Day Adventure for Kids & Adults
Aug 2019
Get your creative fix at this place! My two 8-year old's & I spent about two hours here painting pottery and making a mosaic piece, and it kept their attention and brought out a creative side that we rarely see in one of them. You'll leave your pottery overnight to be glazed and fired and pick it up the following day. Reasonable prices and unique activity; especially on a rainy day in Breckenridge.

Great place for "artists" of all ages and talent. Staff was extremely kind, gracious, and encouraging. I will look at my masterpiece (of which I will continue to pay homage to my accompanying artist -- my 10 year-old son) with great memories of Breckenridge. Thank you so much!

Pet a Llama, Paint a Llama
Jun 2019 • Family
This was really cute! Kids (and adults) got to pet a llama and two alpacas, then go inside and paint llama plates. Kids had a lot of fun. Staff was very friendly.

Bridal Shower Pottery Painting
Apr 2019 • Friends
What a great time we all had painting pottery and playing bridal shower games, having a beverage and fun conversation! We got lucky and had the place to ourselves. Lori (Keystone location) was an awesome hostess and gave us helpful advice on creating our pieces.
