Great short trail.

We hiked the Sawmill trail to the reservoir. Really nice shorter trail with river and reservoir to see along the way.

Start at Snowflake ski lift and it's a short gentle walk on the woods up to the reservoir. There's a nice walk around the lake and options to hike further if you wish. OK for families.

We love this easy hike that takes you by the creek and up to the reservoir. The trail head is not too well marked but is just to the right of the ski lift on Four O'Clock Road

This hike is in Breckenridge right under the ski lifts. We had parked in one of the parking lots and decided to walk the .7 mile to the trail head. Keep in mind it is an uphill trek and not being in the best shape we were winded by the time we got there. The hike itself is very pleasant... More

This is an easy hike with a very gentle ascent. Most of the trail is in shade, along a running stream. The trail is smooth and can be hiked easily in sneakers or other sturdy shoes. There are many places to stop and rest or enjoy the stream. The hike ends at a beautiful reservoir. You can walk around the... More

Nice walk to the reservoir. We took trail 18 that went along the river. The reservoir itself is not large but is scenic and offers benches for rest. We brought a picnic and enjoyed our time.

This was a really easy yet gorgeous hike! You hike along waterfalls almost the whole way up and then get to the beautiful reservoir. It is worth checking out. Total hike talks about 1 hour with spectacular views!

This was a wonderful place to visit. Beautiful views and a wonderful little hike by a stream. We spent about an hour and a half here but could've stayed much longer.

We went here to walk around found it to be quite beautiful! Several people were fishing so we went back the next day with fishing rod in hand. The only negative is that there were no public restrooms.

Very relaxing and easy hike for the family. Glad that it was a short since it started to run toward the end of the trail. If you're looking to do a quick little hike, this sure was a pleasant one.
