Located steps from the Independence SuperChair, Soothe is the perfect retreat for those looking for a relaxing day off the slopes or a wonderful way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Open year round, Soothe offers a variety of treatments including massage, body treatments, skin care services, microdermabrasion, waxing, natural nail care, hair styling, group fitness classes and personal training. Guests of the spa are invited to relax in our comfort room and enjoy our grotto, which features a hot tub with waterfall, a steam room and a sauna. Customized spa packages are available for weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, spa getaways, and more.

Best friend and I enjoyed massages with foot scrubs and facials with a scalp treatment. All the treatments were top notch. They bring you tea and warm towel after your treatment. You can use the Grotto, the sauna and steam room and gym while you are there as well. The atmosphere is so relaxing and soothing. Every one of the staff members were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this spa to anyone visiting Breckenridge! - katierange1 contributionBest Massage Ever!I had the pleasure of an appointment at Soothe Spa after a few days of skiing. The facilities and staff were top notch. It was so lovely to sit in the large whirlpool spa and then hop into the sauna while I waited for my massage appointment. Flavored waters, snacks and tea were available for recharging. I had a hot stone 85 minute massage and it was incredible, the best I think I have ever had. My therapist went head to toe and even gave a head and face massage which worked wonder on my stuffy head. I went with girlfriends on our day off from skiing and it was a wonderful retreat. Will definitely book again!We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your massage at our spa! We love to be a place of retreat for our guests who have been out here skiing! She changed the world for my partner and I after our back to back massage appointments with her. She is so intuitive and gifted with her craft. I would highly recommend her services for absolutely anyone looking to relax and unwind on the mountain. I will never forget her beautiful service!!Thank you for your wonderful feedback! The massage was amazing and the entire experience left me feeling pampered. The grotto and sauna allowed me to stay longer after my massage for a bit more peace and quiet. Hi, got the hot stone massage, it was very relaxing and the quality of the massage and massage therapist was great.
That being said, there were missing elements to this massage which warrants my rating. The first was the temperature in the room. Due to virus guidelines it seems that a door needs to remain open to increase airflow. Completely understandable but this left the room cold. They did offer a blanket but when asked for a second one, they denied, There was an unused blanket on the next table next the whole time which remained unused during the service.
The massage took place on a warming table. However, they also were unable to turn on the warming table because of restrictions.
I completely understand that because of the virus situation methods and procedures may be altered and adjusted. However, if there are restrictions in place that would affect the overall quality of the services and experience, which is indeed the case right now, I wish that I would have been told of these restrictions and changes at the time of booking rather than during the service itself.
It feels slightly unprofessional not to be told of these limitations which would affect the quality of the service. And please offer your clients an extra blanket if they're cold and you are unable to close the door or turn on your warming table. Thank you for listening!

Good Afternoon "Impulsive Puppy"!
First, I'd like to start off by saying thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such an honest and authentic review. We value all of our customers feedback, especially those with constructive criticism as there is always room for improvement and growth.
With that being said, my deepest apologies that you did not receive our normal and expected 5-star service here at Soothe Spa. Since opening back up on June 15th, we have constantly been revising our systems and protocols in wake of COVID-19. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we figure out our new normal here at the spa.
In reference to your individual experience, we were honestly not expecting the lack of table warmers to be an issue for the summer season but that assumption has quickly been proven inaccurate. As a result, we are taking a new direction and have ordered additional table warmers that will allow us to stay n line with DORA sanitation recommendations. We hope to receive these by the end of the week 😊 We are certain this will have a positive influence on our overall guest experience moving forward in these challenging times.
Thank you again for sharing your constructive feedback with us and providing an opportunity to improve our current procedures and overall efforts to create a grand experiences for all of our clients.

I'd have to say Thank You! to Sara the receptionist for having much patients and answering all the questions that we had before going in. We came to CO as a mini vacay with a large group of eight They were very accommodating. Although, one of us had to be separate from the group the staff members still knew who were in the group. I'd have to say that they are all on the same page with things so communication amongst the employees are on point. Sara had the best customer service ever! Staff here were very friendly and professional over all. As you walk in staff members greet and make you feel so welcome. I was very skeptical about this place but thought to give it a try. I am very happy that I did. Prices here are decent. this place is clean and friendly.

I spent a day at the spa that was so enjoyable I will go back again and again. I got a pedicure followed by a facial and finally an 80 minute massage. All three therapist did a magnificent job! I really enjoyed the long massage with Julie. She kept checking in making sure that the pressure she was using was what I wanted and if there were any areas I wanted more attention. Everyone was very friendly at the reception desk and all COVID-19 safety regulations were adhered to. They will be seeing me soon!

50 minutes massage x2 (one for me, and one for him) and a 50 min facial.... over $410, gratuity NOT included. It would be ok except it wasn't anything beyond a normal massage and facial experience I have had literally anyway else. Including gratuity we spent $475.... I could get the same or better nearly anywhere else for $200 plus grat. (three 50 min sessions for $60 each).

I'd like to thank you kindly for taking the time to leave us such an honest and authentic review. We are always looking for ways to improve as a team and business as a whole. And while I am glad to hear you enjoyed your services, I am sad to hear that you didn't think it was worth the price you paid. I can completely empathize with an initial shock value of the cost of spa services in Breckenridge or any mountain town for that matter. We try to keep costs as low as possible for our clients but at the end of the day we are a small business that requires higher rates for a multitude of reasons.
In efforts to keep our clients safe during Covid-19 we purchased five UV lights for each treatment room which allowed us to disinfect between every service and have the first five star certification spa in the state. We also have additional guest amenities that we offer and must maintain such as our grotto, fitness center and locker rooms. And lastly, our biggest reason for a higher price point, is Summit County's incredibly high cost of living. We provide our service providers with competitive wages for the area in order to both stay fully staffed and ensure a high quality of life for our team and their families.
I hope that this break down eases some of your initial questions or concerns regarding our pricing. And again, we greatly appreciate your feedback. I will make sure to still pass your feedback along to our property Managers for further discussion. First time visiting. Was welcomed with a Mimosa (surprise birthday treat). Had upgraded the Zen package to use a special mud wrap. The entire treatment was amazing. Alicia's massage technique was by far one of the best I have ever had, a firm and soothing combo which got all the knots out! The 4/5 was just because due to COVID restrictions there was no use of other facilities like the Grotto or hot tubs/sauna which would have made it perfect.100% recommend though and will definitely be booking a massage again in the future.

This place was wonderful. The hot tub room was available for reservations only and we did that prior to the massage. It was large and very relaxing. Then I had the best massage of my life. I got a deep tissue and she actually listen to what I wrote on the sheet.

I had a fantastic massage from Ginger! After several days in a row of skiing, it was exactly what I needed to help my muscles recouperate.. She focused in on my quads/IT bands and really made a difference. I couldn't decide between the Swedish and the Mountain Recovery, so I asked for a hybrid (MR with the hot rocks from Swedish) and it was perfect. I also opted for the scalp/neck massage and it too was just perfect! Relaxing and rejuvenating. I will make this part of my routine here in Breck from now on!

We really enjoyed our massages and the staff was very friendly. But the administration seems unorganized or possibly new (?). They had trouble booking our massages and booked two days and then when they booked our grotto appt, they double booked with another group so we didn’t get to experience it.

First gave us coconut water when we arrived. There were BUGS floating in both of our glasses. I gave them back and they acted like it never even happened. Then came time for our couples massage for which we had scheduled details a week out requesting 2 female masseuse. A female and male came out and we respectfully reminded them we had scheduled 2 females. The male got an attitude left to the back where I could here him complaining about us even though we had requested it. The massage was good but everything else was bad.

We greatly apologize that you had sediment in your drink from our water dispenser. We realize this is disappointing and we immediately apologized and took action to resolve the problem. We appreciate your understanding for our error as this is not the welcome we strive for at Soothe Spa. We also apologize for the oversight regarding your request for female therapists. We are happy that we were able to accommodate this request on the spot correcting our error and to see that you enjoyed your massage treatments! We will also follow up with the other therapist about his behaviors as this is not the service level we aim for at our spa. We did a Spa day on our last day of a girls ski trip to Breckenridge and it was amazing! There were 5 of us and everyone had an amazing massage. If you like heat and being extra warm during your massage I highly recommend the hot stone it was great! We stayed and enjoyed the grotto, steam room and sauna afterwards as well. Great spa and we will be back!

The Sevens restaurant is 1 flight up from the spa in the same complex. The last time my wife and I received a couples massage, we had lunch first. We then went to the spa area and relaxed before the massage started. A great experience each time we go.
