You are right, we were frustrated and I think for good reason. You and your party did not show up for THREE 90minute appointments on Monday night. That was the source of the frustration, since the manager, not the owner, had confirmed these appointments with you again & again in an extensive back & forth by email, which is not our usual way of booking appointments. You were adamant that you could only have female therapists for your group, so we told you on several occasions that the only night we could staff that would be Monday. On Sunday night, you sent an email when our new receptionist was working. She was unaware of all the back & forth you had with the manager and just called you and left a voicemail that you should call back if you wanted to reschedule. She didn't offer another date or confirm a change, so you must have misunderstood. If you were in our shoes and had been turning down appointments throughout the day, then perhaps you could understand why were unhappy that you no showed. Plus, we pay our therapists for no shows, so the confusion that you had ended up costing us money. It doesn't seem fair that you turn around and write us a terrible review when this wasn't our fault.

Hi Vivian! I remember you being very specific on the phone that you wanted a Swedish, so I'm not sure why the therapist didn't listen to your specific requests. All of our therapists are trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue & Sports. We don't have therapists that only do one modality. I'm really sorry that your treatment wasn't what you wanted. We will pass on this feedback to your massage therapist so they can do better in the future.

Thx for the 4 stars! The shoe thing is really to keep our floors clean, which is more of an issue in the winter with rocks & snow. Nevertheless, we have clients take off their shoes all year, since they will do it anyway when undressing for a massage. The mask wearing being uncomfortable... you’re right! I hate wearing a mask too. We are just insistent on following the governor’s guidelines on how to operate right now. I’ve heard that Breckenridge is more strict than many places where our visitors are traveling from. This is something to keep in mind! Businesses in Breckenridge are interested in staying OPEN.
