I can’t say enough good things about Peak 1! The drivers are pleasant, courteous and informative! The vans are very comfortable and always come stocked with water bottles for guests. They are timely, reasonably priced and dependable. And frequent users get discounts!! They are my #1 choice for transportation in the Colorado Rockies!

Myles was our driver and he was absolutely terrific. He helped everyone on and off the shuttle, cared for the bags and made sure everyone was comfortable and all special requests were attended to. On the drive he was like a tour guide, pointing out many important features and facts. He provided very much useful historical and geological details. Overall, this was an exceptional experience and I will stick to this company. I hope I always get Myles too.

Never left a review before but I have to here. Going from Denver to a hotel in Breckenridge, I decided to get off before getting to my hotel because family were closer to Frisco. As the van was driving away, I realized I'd left a bag in it. I called dispatch, which radioed Jesse, and he delivered it to the front desk at my hotel. Above and beyond -- Jesse deserves a raise.

Once we navigated the Denver airport to the proper location (we went to the west side instead of the east side), we were met by Jesse who was ready to get us and our bags into the shuttle and get on our way! The ride was quick and smooth, and Jesse even pointed out some great views and even some sheep! I would definitely ride with him again.

Myles was my driver and he was first class all the way. He gave a great speech and was very reassuring in describing our process and how the van worked. He was an excellent driver and. checked on our comfort several times. He did mention the importance of gratuities more than a few times and I wonder if some might find it off putting.

The trip went well despite very poor road conditions and having to swap shuttles as the slider door on the 1st one didn't work. The driver Doug was very cordial and took things in stride. The pick up time had to be changed due to the weather but we made the trip with plenty of time to spare including a brief stop in Idaho Springs. The trip was a very positive experience.

I can't say enough about what a positive experience we had all the way around! Both drivers on our round trip from Denver to Breckenridge were pleasant, professional and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable (Mike and Dexter). I HIGHLY recommend this service.

I have read some of the poor reviews and most of them seem to center around how Peak1 deals with weather delays, communication and issues that were a result of employee actions. That said, our experience was very good. Drivers Mike and Jesse were pleasant and kept us feeling safe. We did have an issue with baggage getting swapped which was as much our fault as Mike’s. On our return, we wanted to change our pickup point and that was easily arranged via email. Overall, I’d recommend Peak1 - but it does pay to be aware of what’s happening with your luggage.

Dexter Allen was my driver on the way to the airport and I hoped to get him as a driver on the way back too. Grateful that I did end up in his van on the way home too! Great experience both ways, thank you Dexter!

I had the pleasure of riding with Andie who went above and beyond to get me to the Denver airport during the aftermath of a snowstorm. Thankfully, she was able to get me to the airport in time for my flight, despite the many road closures. The shuttles are really nice and spacious. I would greatly recommend this company and my driver, Andie.
