I always recommend this service for all our family and friends who come to stay with us in Breckenridge. Reasonably priced, nice vans and friendly drivers. There are waits at the airport on occasion but it never seems to be a major problem.

Very reliable, great service and on time. I really will suggest this to anyone traveling to and from Breckenridge from Denver. I felt the driver (forgot his name) was engaged in conversation and explaining all the different sites about Colorado, and would only use summit for my future trips.

I want to thank this amazing company for the excellent service they provided. It actually makes me emotional to acknowledge that the authentic human customer service experience still exist in this "technological" world. I arrived into DEN airport 30 minutes earlier than expected at 4:30pm instead of 5pm. I called Summit letting them know and asked if I can take an earlier reservation, if available. My reservation with Summit was at 7pm. I was traveling alone, and I was a bit nervous of a two hour or more drive in an unknown location. The company said that there was a shuttle leaving at 5pm, but I have to hurry. By the time, I got out the plane and tried to find my way around the airport to get on the train etc, it was like one minute before 5pm. Exhausted and frazzled, I called Summit again letting them know I'm close. The person on the phone kept me motivated saying, if they are still loading up, you might catch the shuttle. By the time I got to the Shuttle, it was after 5pm, and people were already boarded. I was welcomed by Kenny, the driver. He said, you're ____,. I said yes, and he gave the biggest smile, took my suitcase and loaded me up. I needed that. I had been up early that day traveling form the NYC area.. Kenny wasn't just a driver, he was so informative, and gave us all the information that we needed. He asked a few times in the most caring way if we needed bathroom stops and pointed out key areas on the ride. I was traveling alone, so I so appreciated the warmth and the info. I was so excited to be in Colorado and to experience such high altitude for the first time. My hotel was at 10,200 feet, and I a bit scared, to be honest. THANKS SO MUCH KENNY and team Summit. You have an excellent service and, I am so thankful for the good ole American country experience aka love.

Never used a shuttle service to get up the Mountain before so this was a first for me! I will say Danny was very professional, kind, extremely courteous. Went out of his way a little bit to save me hiking to my condo. I would recommend using this company and service to anyone.

Third year using this shuttle. Flight arrived early, they called us and got us on earlier shuttle. Roman, our driver was fantastic. Colorado trivia competition enroute. Very safe. Highly recommend

There are several shuttle services in Summit County. I live in Breckenridge and when my friends or family come to visit. Summit Express is my go to. The drivers, the service, and the vans themselves are all top notch. The free water is a nice touch, although I wish they would encourage people to use re-usable bottles instead of handing out more plastic. In the dozens of experiences I've had with them, all have been good.

To my surprise Summit Express lost my duffle bag on the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. In it were souvenirs and gifts from Breckenridge as well as vital medications. Never an apology nor a response to my email complaint. Not impressed. Will not use them again. Tim

Excellent service. Our driver ( Francis ) was very courteous and professional. The shuttle van was very comfortable, with reclining seats, and water bottles provided. Would definitely use this shuttle service again. Also, very reasonable prices.

Have used this company a few times. Experience never varies. On time, responsive, have their act together, friendly and knowledgeable staff and easy to find at the airport. WiFi and water on their vans. Vans are nice (not luxury, but you get what you pay for) and clean.

Crazy expensive for a very slow service. We have had 5 stops so far one way. Seen a lot of car park. Close to $200 US for 3 adults. License to print money for them and a good way to tear your hair out if you are a passenger. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
