We used shared van option to and from Breck to DEN.
Let me start with positives: the drivers both to and from Denver to Breck were fun, super safe yet efficient and got us to destination in time. There is also a number you can call for support, which actually works. We used it when our van to Breck was delayed due to traffic.

Now COVID safety is a slightly different story. Windows are not open, so both times the van was super stuffy. The company should also be open about the fact that reduced capacity means just a couple less people: maybe going from 12 to 9 or 11 to 9 passengers, so don’t expect much social distancing. (This can be a bit stressful if the person right behind you is constantly sniffling, which was my experience on the way back.)

I don’t think the company is necessarily worse than others in terms of safety, so I suggest to ask about what reduced capacity means before deciding on a company and shared versus private if you care about such things.

As for what the company could do better much could be achieved through just keeping windows open to improve air circulation. Other options could be additional partitions (as currently partition is only for the driver), but windows in my opinion are a must. + add reminders to passengers that masks should also cover nose.

I always recommend this service for all our family and friends who come to stay with us in Breckenridge. Reasonably priced, nice vans and friendly drivers. There are waits at the airport on occasion but it never seems to be a major problem.

We ALWAYS book with Summit Express. They do not over crowd the bus like the other shuttle services. The vans are built with 14 seats, which is very uncomfortable and crowded. You are practically sitting on top of one another. Unlike the other shuttle services (which we have used) Summit Express never packs in 14 people. Makes for a much more enjoyable ride.

Very reliable, great service and on time. I really will suggest this to anyone traveling to and from Breckenridge from Denver. I felt the driver (forgot his name) was engaged in conversation and explaining all the different sites about Colorado, and would only use summit for my future trips.

Never used a shuttle service to get up the Mountain before so this was a first for me! I will say Danny was very professional, kind, extremely courteous. Went out of his way a little bit to save me hiking to my condo. I would recommend using this company and service to anyone.

Third year using this shuttle. Flight arrived early, they called us and got us on earlier shuttle. Roman, our driver was fantastic. Colorado trivia competition enroute. Very safe. Highly recommend

There are several shuttle services in Summit County. I live in Breckenridge and when my friends or family come to visit. Summit Express is my go to. The drivers, the service, and the vans themselves are all top notch. The free water is a nice touch, although I wish they would encourage people to use re-usable bottles instead of handing out more plastic. In the dozens of experiences I've had with them, all have been good.

Have used this company a few times. Experience never varies. On time, responsive, have their act together, friendly and knowledgeable staff and easy to find at the airport. WiFi and water on their vans. Vans are nice (not luxury, but you get what you pay for) and clean.

Crazy expensive for a very slow service. We have had 5 stops so far one way. Seen a lot of car park. Close to $200 US for 3 adults. License to print money for them and a good way to tear your hair out if you are a passenger. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

This is my second trip using their service from DIA to Copper Mountain and back.  Our incoming flight was delayed, and we landed 10 minutes before the shuttle we were booked on was scheduled to depart.  I called the number on our reservation, and they were able to re-book us on a later shuttle.  The ride from DIA to Fraser was good, and quicker than I thought it would be considering the traffic and snow on the roads.  At Fraser we changed over to an SUV, as we were the only people going on to Copper Mountain.  Our driver waited for us at the check-in building, and then delivered us and our luggage just outside the door to our condo building.
For the return trip, they called the evening before departure, to verify pick-up time and location.  The rep on the phone offered to pick us up at our building, right where we had been dropped off 5 days before.  Something, however, was missed in giving directions to the driver.  Our pickup was scheduled for 7am, with a window of 6:50 to 7:05.  At 6:35 am I got a call from our driver, asking where we were, and are we outside? what’s the address? and that he’s driving around looking for us.  We were not ready, and I told him we would gather our things and be down as quickly as possible.  We got our stuff and were out there around 6:45.  When we got to the pick-up spot, no vehicle.  He called again, asking where we were.  I replied with the name of the building (again), and he asked if we were near the climbing wall.  Having no idea what he was talking about, I asked if I could text him a pin drop, or a photo of where we were, if that would help.  He didn’t seem to think the phone he was using would do that. After a few minutes a van quickly approached and a visibly panicked driver helped us to get our gear loaded, and we boarded.   We then had another pickup in Copper, and a few more in Frisco before heading east on I-70 for DIA.  We arrived 3 hours before our flight, plenty of time to go through security, eat, and sit at the gate.
One major difference between this trip and my previous trip was the difference in the drivers.  It may just be COVID precautions or differences in individuals, but my last trip the driver was almost a guide, telling stories of the area as we passed through the mountains and offering helpful hints for during our visit.  I suppose a Plexiglas barrier is most to blame for this loss.  The service was friendly, prompt and courteous, and got us where we needed to be on time. Summit Express will be our “go to” shuttle next time we are headed into the mountains.
