Nicce place to sit down and enjoy

Despite the people that camp out here, it is still a nice place in the middle of Boulder. Boulder creek runs through the park.

We didn't know this place was here. A couple of locals from an eatery we were at told us to "walk this way". The walk was beautiful and we enjoyed Boulder!

This is a lovely smaller park just outside of downtown Boulder. There are very interesting historical plackards along Boulder Creek that describe the tragic 2013 flooding. An ideal spot for contemplation and reflection.

Not a park to get confused with NY's Central Park, this is a small area of green and pathways along with a river set between the Boulevard and Arapahoe. The river runs through the park - it has some power behind it and enough rocks to provide a series of interesting views. I do feel that more could be made... More

Most cities this size may have water flowing through, but not water this fresh. You can sit by the water. You can put your feet in the water. The best part is the water. Now go to the glass sculpture that is along the creek between Canyon and Arapahoe Streets. It shows historical flood levels. This is a "wow" experience... More

I love walking along Boulder Creek. The wildlife and beauty are all around. You will see a variety of people from all over the world who are studying at Colorado University. I love walkinghere year round.

Park is really showing wear. Pedestrian path in many areas is an overly wide beaten down patch of dirt. The Bandstand is a sleeping area for homeless that never is used as a real bandshell. The farmers market has exploded in size and encroaches on the park. The plans for an upgrade are being finalized, but like everything Boulder it... More

Central Park is a nice open area adjacent to the Farmers Market. The park is often used for festivals on holiday & Summer weekends. Unfortunately, it is populated by a large contingent of homeless folks, who have made a mess of it, as well as making it not so safe at night. Lots of drunks & druggies in the park.... More

NYC on a smaller scale! This is a wonderful part of Boulder with the river flowing. On Wednesday and Saturday you can go to the fantastic Farmer's Market nearby. There is a also a wonderful restaurant called Riverside Cafe to have lunch or dinner. Boulder is beautiful!

A very pleasant picturesque walk along the Boulder Creek path toward the mountains will take you to Central Park with picnic areas and beautiful views of the foothills and the creek. You have a choice of the paved path for walkers and bicyclists or the dirt trail along the creek bank which feels like you are in the woods even... More
