Got in on the tail end of the winery tour. Big selection of meads and what they call "nectars" ( 8% alcohol, medium sweet). I shipped home a Juniper Berry mead and a Black Raspberry mead. We just drank the Juniper Berry mead chilled at the pool, it was very enjoyable!

The redstone Meadery was a perfect little stop during our travels! The staff was extremely pleasant, and explained the different types of Mead and nectars. They definitely have delicious drinks there, and the tastings are free. Loved stopping here!

I had never really heard of mead. My daughter told me about how much her Uncle liked it and couldn't find any places near him, so we took a drive over here while visiting Boulder. It was a small meadery but learned a lot and enjoyed tasting several of their great tasting meads. Ended up buy a few to take... More

This was fun! The tour (free) includes tastings of various meads, traditional and carbonated. Still a small business at heart with a great product.

We're walked through a sampling of a nearly twenty meads with expert commentary on quality from our server. We find the variety of meads to be varied and enjoyable. Who knew? They have 16 different offerings on their sales list most coming in a 750ml bottle. Their reserve offerings come in decorative 500ml bottles. Four of their products are available... More

Great little meadery. The personnel where very knowledgeable and helpful. Had many different flavored meads to taste free. The free tour of the plant was delightful and educational.

Interesting to learn more about mead. The meadery is small but efficient. The tastings are free, but the sample sizes are small. The tour is quick and easy.

Everyone has been talking about how recreational mead is legal in Colorado so I figured I had to give it a try...in all seriousness though, I am glad my friend knew about this place. Located on the outskirts of Boulder in a very unsuspecting shared building, the Redstone Meadery offers very unique honey wines. I had not previously had mead,... More

The meadery offers tours a couple of times a day. Plan accordingly & enjoy the large variety off samples that they offer after the tours. The tour is moderately interesting, but the samples are worth the time.

I am not a fan of mead. My son, however, is. So we went. Free samples! Great information by the lovely young lady who served us. I actually liked some of the nectars they had. And the hops one was great. We wound up buying two bottles and being very happy we stopped.
