Enjoyable and well prepared tour of the tea business. High point is the peppermint room, where your sinuses will be cleared if they are not already. Enjoyable tour for school age kids as well as adults.

Took the tour and learned all sorts of bits and pieces about Celestial Teas. DO NOT use your camera or cell phone inside the factory ... we had one lady almost get kicked off the tour since she refused to stop using her cell phone. Celestial is very protective of their processes. Can sample all sorts of teas before starting... More

Took the factory tour. You get a sample packet of tea as your tour ticket, which was cool. Very informative tour about the history of the factory and how tea bags are made. Make sure you go when the factory is in operation. We went on a day that the production line was closed. Much more interesting when things are... More

Have been wanting to do this tour for years, glad I finally did, had Taylor for our tour guide and he did a great job! Made it fun and interesting. I'm not usually too interested in gift shops but theirs is fantastic!

If you ever wondered how tea is made, this is the tour for you! It is free and takes about an hour. Sadly, we visited on a Sunday and the production line was shut down. You might want to make sure it is running when you visit. We saw everything but it would have been fun to see the "moving... More

Fun, and free- great way to spend an hour or two. You tour the factory and see all the different types of teas that go all over the world. This is the only factory there is and small considering this item is everywhere. The Mint Room alone is worth the trip, it's like every pore in your body is open... More

Very interesting, tea tastings, nice gift shop. Nice rainy day thing to do. You go through the factory and see how the tea is packaged. Glad i did this. Just make sure you have a back plan for lunch because the cafe was so unorganized. I am sure the food is good but they ran out of soups and were... More

We stopped by to see what the gift shop had to offer. A tour of the plant can be (and should be) taken. We just didn't have the time to squeeze it in.

I have experienced the tour before but this time took my 11 year old grandson, his first time. From a "kids" perspective, he really enjoyed the tour and of course the mint room, always a highlight. The tasting cafe is generous and well run. Somewhat of a surprise, the gift shop had many bargains and items not always found in... More

This is a great tour to take visitors on from out of town! The process of making the tea and the history of the company is shown. Celestial Seasonings Tea is only in Boulder. My favorite thing is looking at the art in the waiting area.

Thank MartyBrian
