We had heard that the owner of Leanin' Tree Greeting Cards had built a beautiful facility and gardens attached to his factory, to house one of the nation's largest private collections of Western art and sculpture, and that it was open to the public. We really enjoy that art genre, so we decided to visit the Leanin' Tree Sculpture Garden... More

Great exhibition of Western art. Bonus was the free tour of the card making. You even get to pick out a free card after the tour.

When my wife suggested this place I was unenthusiastic. All I expected was a bunch of boring bronzes of cowboys on horses. ("You've seen one, you've seen them all.) And yes, they had a bunch of those, but they also have some stunning landscape paintings as well. Best of all, the price is free. The museum is at the headquarters... More

Don't miss this wonderful place. Accessible for all and interesting to all ages, easy parking, helpful employees.....it's a "don't miss it" when you're near or in Boulder. One of my favorites is the Glenna Goodacre sculpture of the pioneer woman carrying her child. It evokes many thoughts about ancestors.

On way to Celestial Tea Factory I saw a huge Native American statue in a courtyard in front of Leaning Tree Card Factory. I checked in to see what there was, booked a tour later that day. After tour I then walked around the large, awesome Western Art Gallery upstairs. Very impressive collection of paintings and statues, Then shopped in... More

The Leanin Tree Museum is a treasure! I am not totaly into 'cowboy art' but this collection is amazing. Beautiful sculptures, painitings....any many of them. The card shop is there as well.. we understand that Trumble will be selling this collection not too far in future, so best to go see it whilst it's all still there! Don't forget to... More

The tour of this card factory only happens three times a day so you need to plan accordingly. There are a lot of bronze sculptures inside and out and thousands of greeting cards to look at and buy.
