Unfortunately not yet. There are a number of reasonably priced hotels and campgrounds. Also plenty of Airbnb’s.

Not that I remember. It is one large open room. They do have a very high ceiling with good ventilation! I don't recall thinking that the smoke was overwhelming (I am a non smoker).
