David Locke did a spectacular job creating our itinerary. It was perfect. Three spectacular days in Napa. He set up meals at Vineyards. Dinners at a breathtaking wine cave and a perfect day visiting wineries. The dinner at Reverie II was great complete w a private chef. The wine cave of B Cellars was unforgettable. And the brick oven pizza at Aonair was amazing. Loved the Allora vineyards and their grounds. I would use David every time I visit Napa for a great trip. Thank you

I have been going to Napa and Sonoma off and on for 20 years.
The concierge at our hotel strongly recommended and he was also a little cheaper than the others, so we got in touch with him.
David met us at SFO with a bottle of champagne and then took us wine tasting the next two days.
It turns out that the best vineyards are private and pretty hard to get into, but David got us into a few and they were amazing- nothing like an ATV tour with the owner and drinking amazing wine with an amazing view.
We are already planning next year and will be bringing some friends.

David is an absolute treasure and easily the best tour guide we've ever met. His knowledge of the area, wine, music, history, art, and food seemed endless. Once he gathered a bit of information about about our interests he took us to a couple private wineries that were fantastic and exactly the experiences we were looking for. We can not overstate how excellent this experience was and we're very much looking forward to seeing where he takes us next time.

My husband and I enjoyed our time with David and Consort Wine Tours. We visited wineries that were hidden gems, ones we would never have known to visit. The wineries gave us a personal one on one experience - from an ATV tour of the property, to wine tastings with incredible views. They even turned this white wine drinker into a red wine drinker! David was able to give us all kinds of information about the valley - from history, to recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend employing his services. You will not be disappointed! We plan to return with a couple of our wine drinking friends in tow!!!

Fantastic wine tour. The picnic lunch at Sullivan's was a nice touch. Susan took us in her Escalade to a few area boutique wineries over a 4 hour period and they were fabulous. Better than the big names and a more personal experience. Thanks!!

This was our first (and hopefully not last) trip to Napa. We decided to splurge on a personal driver so that we could enjoy the beauty of the town and the wineries. We scheduled through David and we were pleased with his communication and organization. This is pricey- $80 an hour (if you book 5 hrs you get the 6th hour free) but it was def worth it in our opinion. There are cheaper options but we honestly didn't want to do a big party bus and share space with lots of drunk strangers.
Linda picked us up in our hotel parking lot. She was in a Mercedes SUV and had sparkling wine and water for us. She was very friendly and informative. We had picked 2 wineries and then asked them to pick 2 smaller ones that we didn't know about so we had 4 good stops on our list. She was patient when our first tour ran over the time schedule and she kindly called the next winery to let them know that we would be a little late. This tour includes a sandwich lunch from a local bakery and we ate them at a picnic table at one of the smaller wineries. We enjoyed this a lot! The weather and overall scenery were really great.
Overall we really enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to others. David and Linda are a husband/wife team that do tours in Napa.
My only complaint is that when we booked our reservation with David, I let him know that I am a fairly picky eater. He mentioned that he would be bringing ham and cheese sandwiches and I told him that I don't eat cheese at all and that I prefer turkey with mustard- no mayo, etc... I figured for $400 I should be able to specify a little in what my lunch looked like- especially since we were drinking a lot that day, I felt it was important to be able to eat what I was given so that I was not drinking wine on an empty stomach. My sandwich was covered in mayo and included a lot of cheese- making it hard to pick them off and still have an enjoyable sandwich. A little bummed that this detail was overlooked, especially since I sent this request via email several weeks in advance.

I visited Napa to propose to my girlfriend. I called David at Consort Wine Tours, and he and his wife, Susan, provided an amazing experience. Susan was our driver all weekend and was extremely pleasant to be around. She picked up my girlfriend from the SFO Airport and brought her back to the hotel where I proposed. Earlier that day, Susan met me at the hotel to go over the logistics of the proposal and make sure everything went according to plan. I really appreciated her commitment to making it an amazing proposal.
After the proposal, Susan and David drove us to dinner and actually purchased a phone charger while we were eating since my girlfriend forgot hers. This was a very impressive personal touch.
On Saturday, Susan picked us up and took my new fiancé and I on a fun and relaxing wine tour. She had all of the logistics and plans already in place which allowed us to just enjoy the ride. We had a great time at every stop and especially enjoyed the picnic lunch and one-on-one tours at the wineries. That night Susan and David took us to dinner and when they picked us up they had gotten us a sweet engagement gift (caramels from a local candy shop). It was another great touch to the weekend.
On Sunday, Susan took us to the airport--capping off a wonderful weekend. I don't know how I could visit the wine country without Consort Wine Tours! I would recommend them to anyone I knew that was visiting! They were that great!

We chose David based on the great reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. We managed to see a great selection of wineries in the Napa area and David was a great guide. The only thing to be prepared for is being able to taste wine at 11am and managing to keep tasting throughout the day! David was great at mixing up the tour and incorporating our suggestions as well as coming up with wineries which we would never have thought of (let alone heard of!).

David planned our day our for us, but in a way that left it flexible and able to be adjusted to our purpose as we went. He scheduled our tastings with a great mix of big and small, as well as traditional and boutique. He was extremely receptive to our taste preferences and gave us a wonderful wine tasting experience. We had a great day and could not have asked for a better tasting tour. Five stars!

we are flying into sf on march 18 in the morning. we have a hotel reservation in yountville (villagio inn and spa) on the 18 and 19, as we will be attending a wedding on the 19th. will we have enough time to do a tour with you on the 18th. we would like to visit maybe 2 wineries and get a tour of the area maybe also stopping in a small town.
