Watch the YouTube video on this winery before you go to get some background so you can appreciate just how old the winery is and just far back this family goes in good wines. Their wine is very good, the tasting room very homey and the staff really friendly. This is one of the wineries that started it all, so... More

This is a convenient place for wine tasting if you are not only in a hurry but just want to have the experience. (just a bit west off 101) Staff was friendly, shop was nice, wine was excellent and we don't drink Martinelli but managed to buy a couple of bottles! Convenient parking as well.

The tasting room is a 100-year old hops barn so it has a lot of character and charm. The staff (Rose) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Martinelli's is very relaxed and comfortable. We had the terroir side-by-side wine tasting which was really interesting and we ended up buying a number of bottles. And, my husband and I are still chuckling... More

This was the second stop on our tour. The staff shared great stories about the history and people of the winery as well as the area. Our hostess was extremely excited about the winery (Brandy). The sampling of wines was outstanding. They allowed us to have a picnic lunch at their facility. I ordered several bottles!

Living in Dallas, TX, we attended a wine dinner by Martinelli and decided we were going to visit the vineyard. We did a VIP tasting and it was excellent. We tasted over 8 wines and finished with their dessert Muscat, which we all purchased. It was a beautiful setting, a private room with a cheese board and Dominic was a... More

The staff was very friendly. They offer a great deal of if a couple tastes, both fees go towards a bottle of wine. We had a great time chatting with another couple at the bar in the comfortable atmosphere.
