More like a Village, they have a Church ,Schools, plenty of Housing for the Employees, I didn't know that Shirley Temple-Black learned how to swim in the pool there. The Facilities there were Something to See!

I have been on the walking tour at the ranch 2 times. It is very informative and it is wonderful to see where Seabiscuit spent his retirement years. I love horses and anything to do with them. It is a great family day trip.
