Spectacular views of Mt. Shasta

The course is never crowded. The greens are well tended and nicely laid out. It can get windy, so plan your day accordingly!

A beautiful championship golf course sitting at the base of Mt. Shasta. Driving range faces the mountain and you drive right at it. Spectacular! Well cared for course, with a 9 hole executive course by it's side. Nice bar and good pub food. Very friendly staff. Rentals at the course available at reasonable prices. Great place for a golf tourney.

Views are awesome. This course is a hidden gem in my book for sure. What you get for the green fee is far better than you get at a lot of courses. This is my second time playing the first was almost 6 years ago. I just don't get to the area that much. If you are going and a... More

This golf course is "off the hook"! Great scenery on most of the holes-very challenging-7,000 yards from the tips! Course is a little forgiving but very challenging! The people are very friendly and accommodating! On the driving range you tee off straight at Mt Shasta-14,162 feet of bliss! Prices are right and the course is always in great shape! The... More

The first tee looks out at Mount Shasta and you never lose sight of the mountain. The course has shown marked improvement over the last few years and the owners continue to make this their passion. During the high season, play on the course can be sluggish; however, the pro will always help you find an early tee time .... More

I recently went on a four-day golf trip w/numerous friends to the Lake Shastina Golf Resort in Northern California. Having made previous reservations to stay & play there . . . upon arrival all we had to do to check in was to tell them the name and we got the key to our two-bed condo immediately. I found the... This course was fun to play, the setting was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We played 9 holes and it was only $33 per person, which was definitely reasonable for a Saturday afternoon.

This used to be one of my favorite courses in the area, but slow play is becoming a real issue. The last time (and trust me, it will be the last time) we played it took us 2.5 hours to play the front nine. That is borderline acceptable, but when it took us 45 minutes to play the next two... More
