I was looking for a fun activity to do with my teenagte son and daughter about 3 years ago. We were all interested in trying an Escape Room but most of those I looked at online were Horror themed ... not my thing or my kids. I found TRAPPED and it sounded interesting and most importantly, for me it didnt sound like some ridiculous horror themed Escape Room where they think its more important to shock your Fight or Flight response than to actually engage your brain. Trapped was everything I had hoped and more. They recommended "Down the Rabbit Hole" for familys and first time participants. The staff was great, friendly, informative and answered any and all questions we had. But WOW, its easy to see why they are so highly ranked now. They put so much time and effort into designing the puzzles, riddles and clues. We haven't experienced all of their rooms yet, and had to stop for the whole Covid19 shutdown but this place ia amazing !!!!
If you try it once you'll definitely be back (unless you're just looking for some lowbrow shock to your limbic system) 5 Stars !!!

We visited Trapped Escape Room in Upland with our grown kids and 1 tween granddaughter. We all had a wonderful time! We are greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable person and guided through the clues and puzzles by a great, but not too intrusive guide. The puzzles and clues were clever, the atmosphere of the room itself was more than I expected and people involved were friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back! :)

Not even worth one star. The room was cheaply done. The lightly was so dim you couldn’t see. The staff were rude, we got there 5 minutes early and were chastised us in the parking lot. The materials were old and yucky, weren’t even relevant to the room we selected. Never again!

I have visited trapped escape room in Upland 3 times. Every time was a great experience. The staff is welcoming and makes sure you’re confident before entering the room. What I really like is that it’s always just your party. You’re never put with people you don’t know. All of the rooms are fun and now I need to go to the San Dimas location to try different ones.

We did The Menagerie escape room in Upland, CA. It was well thought out, challenging and a little scary for some (we had a live actor in our room, too). Our kids are inbtheir early 20s. They had a blast! Highly recommended.

We used tickets from a previous visit. I took my daughter and best friend. They did The Menagerie. They had a blast and it was fun watching them try to solve the puzzles. Bonus when they got scared of the criminal trying to break into the room!! Will book again!

We really enjoyed Down the Rabbit Hole as it has such cute theming! It was very immersive and the puzzles were unique and fun but not too overly challenging. We got out fairly quickly but enjoyed ourselves very much!!
We also did Sector 13 based on the great reviews we but were pretty disappointed. We appreciated things about the room that we had not seen in other places and the staff was very friendly but a couple of the puzzles did not work properly. This caused unnecessary slow down and confusion. We hear they are replacing this room in the near future and we can see why.
The business and staff were great though and we still recommend checking them out.

Our very first escape room. Hubby and I did Down the Rabbit Hole with our sons(ages 13 and 14) and my aunt. It was amazing for all of us. Each of us completed parts of the puzzle/riddle. Room was so neat. Staff was excellent about explaining what to expect/do without giving anything away. We escaped with 10 minutes to spare. Would recommend!

This was an adorable and family friendly escape room. The details and aesthetic of the experience were incredible. The puzzle varieties and challenges were perfect for both our young teen through adults. Everyone was engaged and actively participating. It was a fun time for our family. Would highly recommend TRAPPED ESCAPE ROOM experiences.

I forget our leaders name, I believe it was Ford. He was GREAT!! We had such a good time here and couldn’t stop talking about it. It was our first time in an escape room, and it think it set our expectations high! The room was so well thought out and decorated and we can not wait to come back!!! Thank you for your clever and fun room! We love escape rooms now!
