Centrally located in my area and surrounded with multiple restaurants and other service oriented businesses.

AMC Tustin 14 at the district is located in a large open shopping center. You can go out to eat around the theater before or after the movies. It has a friendly and comfortable out front area where you can sit around the fireplaces, bring your food out to eat or have drinks with friends.

My husband and I have been here several times and have had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. We love the seats, you can adjust them and it's great.

We always find parking in the lot just north of the theater. We belong to the AMC Stubs Club and get a discount on Tuesdays, which makes it even better.

Theatre fine...restrooms...not so fine!...parking...plenty

About average movie theatre chain. Seats comfy.
Restrooms need more frequent cleaning. (Men's..don't know about the ladies restroom!)
Plenty of free parking.

Go to theatre.

We have the AMC A-List membership and go to this theatre at least once a week. Leather reclining seats, with a heater in the back and they work great. Always a great seat to view the movie and the popcorn and snack bar aren’t too overpriced.

We give it two thumbs up.

Amazing AMC for thise who like to lie down while watching action movies!)

AMC Tustin is located within District outlet.
Eating, shopping, movie watching.
All is designed as a avenue, so, you just like in a small nice city, that finally ends with comfortable cinema. Deserved for my 2 visits))).
PS: car is needed, and 8 min from Hotel terrace street.

Our go-to movie theater

This place is everything you want it to be for a neighborhood movie place. It has close by parking, plenty of places to eat nearby is clean and not too large, and has an IMAX screen. Plus, the snacks are first rate. In sum, perfect for a weeknight out at the movies.

One of our favorite movie theaters

Good selection, quality screens, fair pricing.
The selection of restaurants surrounding The District makes this a fun theater complex for date nights. Seats have been upgraded to reclining loungers. Seats are now pre-selected at time of purchase. If you can make use of the first show if the day, this is a great value.

Great theater, ATROCIOUS parking

On the one hand, I really love this theater. It is on the newer and is big enough to have all of the current movies playing, at a variety of times. So if you come here on a weekend, you are sure to find current movies at a time that fits your schedule. It is clean, well maintained, and has ample concessions. This particular AMC also serves alcohol which is a huge bonus if you liked to sip a little something as you watch the show. There's also convenient dining nearby.

However the downside to this location is parking. I don't know what they were thinking when they developed this land and planned the flow of traffic and exits. But there is absolutely not enough parking at this location, and it is nearly impossible to get out if you go during a busy time, especially holidays and weekends. You can wait 30 minutes or more in a line of cars just looking to exit the shopping area. Thus, I'm very careful about visiting the site and only go if I know it is not a busy time, or if I don't care about wasting 30 minutes of time waiting to leave when I'm done.

We go here all of the time. Great menu. Serve alcohol. Always get in to the movie we want to see. Great location with eveything around it.
