We hit our spontaneous Trinidad visit just right to take in the Art Walk, which included the Trinidad Art Gallery. This place is small, but oh so packed with beautiful artistic works, from blown glass, stained glass, pottery, paintings, and photography. A must drop in on Main Street.

After spending a few hours on the beach, stopped into the gallery. A small space, but great selection of local artwork.

Now it's less of a gallery and more of a boutique that showcases individual artists. But they do put a limit on the number of similar crafts, so while that gives some variety to the wares, it severely limits who can show their work.

Thank you for visiting! We are a member-run, local artist cooperative gallery, so yes, we have a defined amount of space per member. Many of our members are founders, and good friends of Ned, the home's original owner. We are proud to carry on his spirit and share the beautiful space, and our art, with locals and travelers both!

My wife is the painter, so she was excited to see the museum. I thought some of the artwork was pretty cool, she was less impressed. I did notice we were in there for about 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence. If a place can't even say hi, I always save my money.

This quaint building across from the Trinidad Bay Eatery houses art from a variety of local artists, each with their own section of the gallery. This small town is home to some very talented people. The art varied from jewelry, to pottery, to beautiful work done in wood. Some of the artists were present when we visited and were able to tell the stories behind the art. We left with a beautiful bowl with pictures of grey whales. Once you step into this gallery, it's hard to leave.

We stopped by the Art Gallery because we like to support local artists. Sadly, there was nothing that tempted us, but there was some decent art and crafts. It's nothing that merits a special trip, but if you find yourself in Trinidad, it's a good place to go.

Was greeted by a very friendly woman named Arlene. She conversed at length with me and introduced the owner when we determined we were both from the same state. Liked the fact there was jewelry, paintings, magnets and note cards. I could walk out with something affordable. Variety to choose from and nice representations of talented local artists. I enjoyed my visit and would encourage others to stop in.

This is a small house but attractively full of really nice art and jewelry. And it's right next to the best restaurant for miles.

This gallery was all that I expected and more. From inexpensive artist drawn/painted cards to mid-price art choices to worthy-expensive one-of-a- kind pieces we were constantly impressed. While I purchased some pieces I look forward to being there again to find more treasures. It’s a must visit!

Thank you for visiting, Lee! And we're glad you noticed how our local artist members bring forth the beauty and nuance of the Redwood Coast into their art work. Hope to see you again soon!
