After 14 miles of hiking in the desert, we were hoping this place would be as good as it looked like on the internet. It was way better. My wife and I each got a sampler with 5 beers (4 "regular" beers plus 1 barrel aged) and we still had a few that we wanted to try but did not get to. Of the 10 we had, about 7 were excellent and the other 3 were really good. I am Belgian beer lover and my wife likes hops a lot more than I do and we both want to get back here soon.
The two guys working were super helpful and friendly. They gave some great descriptions of each of the beers and made some great recommendations.
Of course it is in an office park like so many small breweries these days but it was not hard to find and had plenty of parking.

Great place to check out. Very unique. Friendly and a comfortable place yo enjoy outside. The bartender was very informative and willing to accommodate our requests for tasting several samples of their craft beer. We decided on one that was delicious it was a blond ale. I would recommend this establishment for anyone looking gor a friendly watering spot in the desert. We also struck up a conversation with a couple at the outdoor seating and felt like we had known them forever by the time we left. The Coachella Brewery is also dog friendly

We had a great time at CVB. It is a great little brewery with lots of beer options and limited food items. It was very clean - they have several TVs - indoor seating.

As we were in the area we made the extra effort to seek out this brewery. It was pretty busy or a weekend. Nice selection of beers and the whole place has a good vibe- worth the extra effort

I had an hour to myself to do anything I wanted to do (visiting from Seattle). Usually I take a walk but in a sunny 90 degrees that wasn't an option. Instead I found a brewery and especially decided to try it because they make some Belgian style beers. They offer tasting flights or one can try as many as they like paying per 4 oz choice. Their offerings are wonderful, many not available due to popularity, but still plenty for me to find 4 to sample. Started with their Belgian honey wheat ABV 7% named Desert Swarm. Then I switched to see what their IPA was like which was also a Belgian at 6% called Lost in Translation, and yes, it's Hoppy! Then came the jewels, aged in bourbon barrels. Black Widow is a Russian Imperial Stout -nitro- which when poured started in layers showing off! The taste was out of this world and is now my most favorite Stout ever! It is thick, not watery like Guinness. It's nearly like a dessert having a toffee flavor. Last but not least, Grand Conquistador! ABV 18%, BBA, a Belgian Quad with a hint of cherry and dates. Oh Ya!! Disappointing to learn they only distribute to CA and AZ. With the lineup, with the lines coming out the door (not really, but folks kept coming and going and lingering and enjoying) they are doing just fine. Hope they are still there if I ever get back to the area.

Beer was OK, quite different. Out of the four we tried, one was quite good, second ok, the rest were bad, especially the one with the cayenne pepper. We tried splitting a chicken salad, which had nice strawberries, but they just didn't mix well with the curry and mustard dressing, I passed and went hungry. Will not return.

Drop whatever you are doing in the Palm Springs area and go here. It is fantastic that it is located in a random office park as it keeps annoying old people away and beer aficionados in. The selection is terrific, and members have the opportunity to taste some special and rare brews. Staff is extremely knowledgeable -- one of the dudes has worked at multiple venues and clearly knows his product in and out, plus endless tasting notes on competitors' beers. Food is delicious and the kitchen staff clearly eager to speak with the guests about the rotating menu. Excellent vibe all around, even if the seating is a bit unusual and cramped. Stare out the window at the distant mountains while drinking a saison or hang at the bar and talk to the bros; either way you'll gain enlightenment.

Don't forget: Three Floyds, the holy grail of all breweries, is also located in a random office park.

Their beer is hard to find in the stores so here you can buy their exceptional beers. Kolchella is my favorite followed by Desert Swarm. Try it out. Only after 2pm.

My wife and I picked CVB among the three Desert craft breweries and were delighted by the $9 flight board that included Desert Swarm (honey), Berlinerweisse (sour), Monumentous (IPA), and their great alcoholic Ginger Beer. Not all SVB beers were available when we came, but we still were able to explore among their selections. Recommended for beer fans. There is also a 10% discount with a Marriott credit card.
