The owners Family Sarzotti are wonderful hosts. They host generous tastings whether you make a purchase or not. That is unprecedented in the other surrounding as others charge for small tastings. Yes it is small compared to others but their genorosity is not.

We've been going to Paso Robles for several years and a while ago came across Sarzotti. From our first visit to now, we absolutely love it there. Jim and Cheryl are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. And Jim continues to work his magic on the grapes and produces some stunning reds. We've been wine club members since day one and have never been sorry. They treat all their customers like family. We're looking forward to seeing them again this Harvest festival. And their pick up partys are a ton of fun. Always great wine, food and friends. Don't miss it.

Maybe the best wines in the Paso area, but tucked away from the others. Full of flavor, rich and not a fruity bomb. Templeton Gap is the new area to watch in Paso.

This is hands down one of my favorite wineries! The owners are wonderful, they always make us feel welcome:) We’ve been here several times and are actually on our way back up there as I’m writing this. We became members a few years ago, their wine is amazing!!!!

We found this winery through yelp and trip advisor and am glad we stopped in. The wines were good - but what was even better were the owners Jim and Cheryl Sarzotti. They were so hospitable - treated us like we were part of the usual crowd. Jim even let us do some barrel tasting. This is definitely a winery worth returning to. If only I could figure out how to add a photo to this post, I would as both of them kindly accepted our request for a group photo. Thanks Jim and Cheryl for being such great hosts.

Free wine tasting near Paso Robles! Support small family winery that makes very good wines! This family has been making fine wines for over 25 years!

We found this winery by searching 'Best free wine tasting in Paso Robles' and this winery came up along with a few other. Since the tasting is free, we didn't expect much going in, BUT this winery became our MOST favorite, and even beat the one we love in Napa!! It was our honor and pleasure to have our wine tasting session with Cheryl (the owner). She was absolutely generous with her pours and we had a wonderful conversation with her. EVERY single wine that we tried here, we LOVED!! We love this winery and their wines so much that we strongly consider stopping going to Napa all together and just coming straight here going forward for our annual holiday wine pickup.
This family-owned winery is extremely generous with their fantastic wines. They should have charged for the wine tasting or increased their wine pricing, considering how absolutely WONDERFUL their wines are. So, please come visit this hidden gem before they get too popular! ;-)

We showed up at Sarzotti Winery on a cold February morning and were treated to a wonderful tasting by the owners. The wines were delicious and generously poured. I felt badly for not being able to purchase some but we were flying back to Canada and transporting wine is too much of a headache in this day and age.Great wines and people

We love Jim and Cheryl Sarzotti and their wines! These two amazing people always makes everyone feels welcomed and treats you like family. You can usually catch them working the wine tasting room. They serve up tastings for free and also offer cheese and crackers.
If you are in the area, this is a must try!!!
