We have been to many wineries for tastings. Falkner is a small family owned operation that has an extremely comfortable tasting room. We packed a lunch and enjoyed food and wine out on the deck that has spectacular west views. So relaxing. The wines are great and so glad I tasted so many varieties. I'm generally not a huge fan... My experience with tasting rooms has been that they are somewhat boring in the varieties that are offered, and you rarely find an outstanding wine. Was pleased to have a different experience at Falkner! Their Cabernet's were very good, serviceable dinner wines, but when I opted to try their 2012 Amante Tuscan wine, the bells went off! This is a... More

This was the first tasting I did in Temecula and I enjoyed it very much. The wines were good and they made the experience a lot of fun.

Experience was fine as were all but the wines lacked any type of interest at all! This was our first stop so we were refreshed and focused to buy or else I wouldn't state something as strong as "worst". I asked for tasting notes on which to make some personal notes and was looked at as if this was the... More

The tasting ticket includes a wine glass and $5 discount on a purchase. The wines were among the best of the 9 locations we sampled and offer a full spectrum. It might take two tickets to get your full experience here! The view is also quite nice, atop a hill overlooking the vineyard. Notice the extremely large/mature cabernet vines immediately... More

Went to Falkner Winery for a wedding in April of 2016. They did an amazing job for the couple and their guests! Beautiful surroundings, sunset ceremony, and the food and wine after the wedding ceremony was incredible. Highly recommend this winery if you are looking for a wedding location.

Betty was our host in the tasting room and she was very nice and extremely knowledgeablel!! She told us how to taste and judge wine, as well as bringing us to the vineyard. The scenery is amazing. My wife's favorite was the Lucious Lips and we wanna come again.

A large and well appointed tasting room with knowledgeable hosts and hostesses. Nice mix of reds and whites to try and a well stocked store for souvenirs and wine related gifts. I'm normally a drinker of reds but Falkner's whites are exceptional and well priced. The grounds are a great place for taking some photos of the valley.

My Son decided to take us out for Mother's Day and making last minute plans they could only find reservations available at Falkner Winery. We couldn't get into the Buffet until 3:30 and were very disappointed in such a less than deseriable buffet. The food was running out, the Prime Rib was all but raw! I bit into what I... More
