Fun Concerts!
Dec 2019 • Couples
Before Covid, my wife and I would see concerts at Pachenga after wine tasting in Temecula. The Pachenga staff is very accommodating and the concerts are top notch. Every seat is close to the stage. We are not big gamblers, but there are a variety of activities to win money, from slots to roulette. Once Covid is over we’ll be back for more fun as we rock out to live music at Pachenga!

COVID enhancement
Nov 2020 • Solo
Visited over the weekend to see what has changed during these COVID times. The seating in the food court has been greatly reduced and they have closed down the free soda refill machine. In fact I never saw the free drink carts, but to their credit they were providing free bottles of bottled water. At least in the daytime the entrance for the north garage had a temperature monitoring Machine and if your body temp was 100 degrees or over you would be turned away.
Inside the casino any machines that were close together was alternating between working and shutoff. Unfortunately I had wanted to play video bj but those machines had all been shutoff.
I next decided to see about playing craps, but none of the tables were open and the bubble craps machine was down.
There is a redesigned players card your old one looked like it was still working. You can get one from a kiosk machine across from the players reward desk by sliding in your driver’s license.

Jul 2020 • Friends
Bad slots, got there on Sunday lost 10,000 in 2 hours play big and lose ASAP wow never before lost that quick and the worst thing is it’s not safe if they cared about the people that gives them money they would close it up, I like to gamble up and down but not just down, don’t go and play slots there eventually going to close there filling there pockets there profits and the money they pay there indian is 50,000 a month don’t go and let them die or close the casino

Not wort the trip

Since they re-opened it’s worse than ever. Slots are paying highest ratios on lowest bet. Half or more of the machines are off so they are more than making a killing on you!

Fell Short In COVID-19 World
Jun 2020 • Solo
Visited on a Saturday night around midnight after having gone at the same time during the week. And now know, I will never go on weekends again. My mid week visits had me overjoyed with their temperature screening process. Mandatory mask requirement was seemingly enforced with no exceptions. And cleaning staff was diligent in wiping machines almost immediately when a player moved on. As a local, I gushed with pride and bragged about how they had once again proven themselves to be the best. They had even restricted smoking to outdoors only. That all changed last night. Although machines adhered to distancing requirements, nothing else did. People had removed and/or lowered their masks and were allowed to remain. Wanting and watching for enforcement of the rules, further disappointment set in as I realized a once ever present and reassuring security team was no more. Since I gamble alone, I chose Pechanga because they seemed to take security very seriously and I always felt safe day or night. While posted at every entrance for temp and mask checks, its obvious they have cut corners in security inside the casino. And there were not enough to police the large crowds on this weekend night. People were congregating in groups and playing without masks. The two security staff that I did see were professionally and politely encouraging patrons to adhere to the rules only for them to momentarily do so. Once out of site they'd return to noncompliant behaviors. I accept that far too many people do not appreciate the seriousness of COVID-19 the way I do. And now I must accept that my favorite casino, like all other businesses will only do so much. Because, after all profits are the bottom line.

Hotel is nice, but gambling is terrible
Mar 2020
I have been here 4 times and only won once. I liked slots and they don't pay out that much, I got lucky I got a $2000 jackpot winning my 2nd time, But boy did they get it back and than some. That's normal, but when you keep losing and losing I noticed the machines are not paying out like it did. One lady I talked too said she use to be able get her money back, no more. She blew $3000 in 3 hours. Yep, not for me. It's nice and comfortable hotel, but I don't need to pay $1500 for a room after losing. And I was only here for a night. When people keep losing they wont' come back. Losen up your slots Pechanga.
