Nestled high atop the northeasterly hills of Temecula Valley Wine Country, are the vineyards and winery of Oak Mountain. This picturesque hillside vineyard estate produces the myriad of wines sampled in Oak Mountain Winery’s Tasting Room. Family owned and operated since the doors opened in 2000, owners Steve and Valerie invite you to join them in their growing tasting room just off the De Portola Wine Trail. These wines, vineyards, and winery are a true reflection of the relaxed and classic beauty standing timeless in Temecula Valley Wine Country. We are also home to a 10,000 sq ft mined wine cave, the first in Southern California. Come join us in our Cave Cafe or for a cave tour.

Hitching post for your horse and leashed dogs in wine tasting room. It doesn't get any better. Plus, their Windy ridge label shares proceeds with local non-profits (one takes care of abandoned senior dogs). Tell me that don't hit you where it hurts! Nice place,...More

I ordered beef stroganoff from the Senior menu. I got a tiny ramekin portion. Even the bread was tiny. Ridiculous! They wanted $3 for a can of soda...no refills. Charge more, but give me a normal size portion!

You know how you just want to snack when tasting wines? Oak Mountain has a huge variety of wines available, a very decent menu of appetizers and even real food, and a very pretty patio to sit out and relax.

We went to three wineries in one day and this was by far one of our favorites. They had very friendly, attentive staff. They are also dog-friendly allowing us in their tasting room with our Goldendoodle Griffin. They also have a dog menu, Griffin enjoyed...More

Oak Mtn should be on your list to visit. Great views, good food and nice wines. The massive man made cave is also way cool.

We had a Groupon, $58 for 2. They're on a hill and it gets a good breeze. It's a man made cave above ground. Two parking lots, one paved the other dirt and gravel. It has indoor areas for weddings and parties. One area looks...More
