We wanted a special occasion for our 50th wedding anniversary and Cielo balloons delivered. Eric and his crew were absolutely wonderful. The balloon ride was sectacular and enjoyed by us and all of our progeny. A once-in-a-lifetime memory. In particular this company worked with us ahead of time to make sure our ride accommodated our family group of 9. And the price was very reasonable.. Thank you Cielo.

From beginning to end this experience was smooth, professional, fun and everything me and wife imagined and more. The entire team were punctual and efficient. The pilot was top tier! Very knowledgeable and it was the smoothest take off and landing I’ve ever experienced from my multiple experiences with air travel modes. We were the first in the air out of all the companies there and saw the most beautiful sunrise. 10/10 recommend

We did our first hot air balloon ride, Jan. 2024. It was an absolutely incredible experience. I booked online for our family of 3 (husband, 14 year old son, and myself). It was very easy to book and got an email confirmation immediately. Instructions on where and when to show up were very clear. The Cielo team was very fun and informative at all times. They explained everything to us and made sure we enjoyed it. They offered to take pictures of us with our cellphones once we got on the basket. Our ride was a little over an hour long, and that was just perfect. In the end, they gave us cupcakes (the best ones I've ever had) and mimosas to celebrate. I am definitely sharing with friends and family because this is something everyone must do. Especially with The Cielo team. Thank you guys!

We booked a private flight with the owner/pilot Erich to celebrate a birthday and anniversary (family of 4 with a 16 and 10 year old). We could not have been more pleased from start to finish. We felt completely safe the entire flight, even the landing. We are looking forward to booking again!

This was our first hot air balloon ride. We had a party of 6 - five adults and one child. It was beautiful and we felt very safe. The pilot is an airline pilot and we felt very safe. He was also a great story teller. It’s a beautiful experience- we would highly recommend!!

This company has clean, new equipment and balloons! Terrific customer service! We received prompt responses when booking and regarding our final flight details. Toby was an excellent pilot! We booked a private balloon for four. He brought us up nice and high for great views! We had wonderful conversations too! Gabe worked so hard to make sure we had an amazing experience! Mini bundts and mimosas with a champagne toast was a perfect ending after we were placed ever so softly back to the ground. We look forward to future flights with Cielo!

We have been to Albuquerque’s Balloon Fiesta. I knew that I wanted to experience a hot air balloon ride but I wanted do it in Temecula over the vineyards. It was a great experience and our pilot did everything to keep us safe. We went up to 6,000 ft. and watched the sunrise over Temecula Valley. It was a great experience and I highly recommend the company.

The crew, all, are very professional, friendly, outgoing, work extremly well together, organized and in good mood at 0500 in the morning. Well, thinking about it I have an explanation......how can you not be happy doing what they are doing.

My best friend & I decided to celebrate our 50th birthday & 32 years of friendship with a hot air balloon ride. IT WAS AMAZING! Erich & Joe immediately made us feel comfortable. Both are professional & easy going. They answered our many questions b/c we are naturally curious about people. The weather was perfect & the views were gorgeous. It’s quiet & peaceful. We highly recommend Cielo Balloons! Oh, the mimosas & mini Bundt cakes at the end were delicious! Thank you Erich & Joe for an amazing experience!

Erich and Kate are amazing! The balloon is beautiful, you can’t beat the price, and the experience is once in a lifetime!
I have booked with this company twice and both times the couple was friendly and communicative, Erich has been flying balloons for a long time and he’s a very fun pilot to have on your ride! I went with them once myself and enjoyed it so much I gifted a ride for my mom and 4 young daughters, who absolutely loved it as well!!!
I love the fact of knowing that I’m helping to support a local small business of such a great young family!
