Wonderful setting and wine

We loved spending time here. The atmosphere is wonderful and their wines are all terrific. Great place to relax. Only draw back is you can't bring your own food,.

Leoness is the the place you want to spend your afternoon soaking up the warm California sun. Surrounded by a beautiful countryside of rolling hills of green and row after row of Gods loving gift to mankind, sun ripened grapes bursting with goodness, and oh...did I mention the flowers... lots of flowers. The gentile breezes that day were like frosting... More

This is a pretty busy place with a huge parking lot, ready to accommodate various events. There was a wedding going when we were there. That didn't stop the regular business. Their boutique is also very busy. I believe it's one of the stops on the Bus Wine Tours. The personnel is professional. Only purchased a red flight. The wines... More

We were there for a wedding Sept. 18th it was 95 degrees in the day, but at 5pm it had cooled down a little bit and the breeze coming in made it "Doo Able".The location of the winery is quite a ways out of town, so if you think you're going to drive back to your hotel in Temecula after... More

Beautiful winery with a view of the valley and Mt Polimar in the distance. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Wine tasting costs are reasonable and staff can properly describe each wine. Lovely patio to relax and have a glass of wine in a quiet romantic setting. The restaurant is only open on weekends but has a diverse menu. We... More

Leoness has a very nice wine tasting room; nicely separated tasting areas so it's not too crowded, very nicely decorated, and a couple of nice sitting areas within the tasting room. Their wines are reasonably priced and they have some nice reds; especially two of their Zins. Probably one of the better Temecula wineries and recommended by the locals.

This is the second time I've been to Leoness on a Temecula wine tour. The facility/scenery is great, however the selection of dry white wines is not great. If you enjoy red wines or sweet wines, this is the place for you.

Upon arrival it was just bad. Male wine server was arrogant the entire time, whistled non stop while we were there. We tasted a couple reds which were mostly bitter and just left. Was the only winery we didn't spend any additional money at the entire day.

We really enjoyed our wine tasting experience here and loved the interaction with Heidi while pouring our wines. A few favorites were the 2015 White Merlot, 2013 Cabernet Franc-Merlot and 2013 Cinsaut red wine.
