Cougar is by far one of my favorite wineries. The fruity Italian wines keeps Cougar on the top of the list. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Views are great and the live music on Friday evenings is a great way to start the weekend.

Thoroughly enjoyed a tasting and food pairing session led by the Asst Vintner. Very knowledgeable. Specializing in Italian varietals and some interesting unique wines. Good afternoon destination. Beautiful grounds and worth a try.

We stop here for lunch and tastings as part of a wine tour. We both ate roast beef sandwiches that were yummy. They use Boar's Head, so you can't go wrong. After lunch we had a few tastes of wine. Our pourer was Susan, she was such a nice person and did such a wonderful job on describing each wine... More

Have small pizzas, sandwiches and salads only. Great service. If you are a wine club member, get a free glass if wine with Lunch in lieu of tasting. I had been here before and didn't like it much, but really enjoyed the place this time. Not crowded and great wine staff.

We enjoyed visiting this winery. The pink cougar is pretty sweet. The people were knowledgeable and fun to talk with during our visit.

One of my friends introduced me to this winery a few years back. I've always had my favorite winery and really didn't go back until this year. We met the wine maker and he gave us a sample of the "Sangiovese" right out of the barrel. I fell in love with this wine. I actually became a wine member so... More

Stopped here for lunch while wine tasting and loved the food. Sangio's Deli has delicious fresh made sandwiches. This place also has a little shop to purchase a variety of sauces, spices, jams, butters etc. (Mad Mike's). The Sweet Potato Butter is very good!

This winery was the first on our passport. The food smelled delicious, but we didn't eat anything because it was the first stop. The views are stunning, nice air conditioned facilities (it was 104 when we visited!) and wines were very tasty. A real pleasure.

A lot of good wine here, and they have an outdoor picnic area where you can stop to eat lunch and sober up before you hit the next vineyard.

They're growing many of the common and best varietals from Italy (as do several of the back nine vineyards). You can come for tasting (or a glass/bottle) and enjoy their deli food overlooking the vineyard. The tasting area/facility is humble compared to many, but the wines are good.
