We ride bikes to this park every summer for a picnic overlooking the lake. They have a children's summer camp program, and limited parking. The view is the best, however, and the reason we come back each summer.

Nice picnic area with great views of the lake.Great beach with a dock and swimming area. You could also put in your kayak at the beach. Walking paths through the forest as well. A quite area away from it all!

Perfect day to go to beach and with all the activities; paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, jet skiing, sailing, dogs, small children playing in sand it was incredibly relaxing and perfect. Parking may be tricky and finding a spot at water may be tight if you do not come early. Trails, clean bathrooms, grills and picnic tables abound.

Went here on a sunny January morning and was totally impressed with the lake and mountain views from this beach.
The hike is short but nice and the pier at the beach is a great location for a pano photo.

It is great place to walk your dog or yourself. It is only a mile round trip , but the beach is very clean and sandy. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, but you can walk to a view area with them.

Quite a drive from South Lake/Stateline but uncrowded, small and peaceful. No parking alongside the road a like away and walking to the location. My kids like it better than most other places in Tahoe

Rarely crowded and usually nice folks who aren't loud or obnoxious. Beautiful in the early morning or evening. The water was perfect especially on hot days. My daughter saw a momma bear and two cubs a short distance away from the path that goes down to the beach.
