We took our family to learn about abominable rehabilitation and rescuing and truly enjoyed ourselves. Monique gave us a tour, she was informative and the kids enjoyed her, while the handlers showed us the animals and even let us touch the snakes. It isn't large so it's perfect for small children who want to see and learns about animals in... More

We liked seeing the owls, birds, and coyote at the Suisun Wildlife Center. They help animals. They have nice write ups that tell you the name of the animal and about their history. There is also an owl statue in the parking lot area. It is free. They have staff and also look for volunteers to help with the animals.

a small facility that serves a large purpose, it has a few raptors and a coyote on display for the public since they are unable to be reintroduced into the wild due to their injuries. The visitor center is small and basic, the staff is friendly.

Just happened upon this place while "adventure driving." Quite a few birds who have been damaged permanently live there and you can get a good look. Excellent education for kids. Small facility, but my young children we're very interested. Other animals are there also for a close look. Donations accepted.

Nice organization. Nice facility. Nice people. They need donations to keep the place going. Hopefully more people will stop by to see this center.

We went to one of their events and were captivated by the owls that were being shown and discussed. I learned a great deal more. We also bought some very local honey.

The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable and the wildlife there is beautiful. The wildlife is cared for and those that can be released get to go back out.

The center is informative about the wetlands. The walking trails are well marked for the most part, but one does not tell you that it is an "in/out" trail and cannot be taken for a circle tour. Also, would love to know exactly where the elk live.
