My wife and I are on a two week road trip adventure. We first stopped at an area winery. I’m not the wine drinker in our house, I actually hate wine. The winery referred us Prohibition Distillery for local spirits. We actually drove passed it...More

Amy greeted us warmly when we walked into HelloCello and Prohibition Spirits Distillery, a lively tasting room, tucked into the Cornerstone Sonoma complex on Arnold Road, right across from Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards. We have driven past HelloCello so many times not realizing the...More

We were intrigued by this placing having been to a spirits distiller near us (Old World in Belmont CA) and enjoyed that experience. The people couldn't have been nicer - I think the main person was Jackie and then the owner was there also. It's...More

What a tremendous idea! It was a bit hard to find and we located it by accident. Glad we did. Pourer was excellent. Great choice of lemon cello's. brandy's and more!

Wanted to try their limoncello. We did a tasting of 6 drinks. Tasting price was cheap. Everyone in our group loved the figcello! Sounds weird, right? It was great! The owner served us and was very informative.

Some of the best, if not the best, bourbon I have had made in California. Stay for the old style limoncello and tasty gin with some great company. The owners are lovely and warm making you feel at home

Spotted this quaint find on google maps and after a turnaround located it in person. Great liquor distilled on site. Tried the vodka and dark rum. Owner very engaging. Noticed they serve the bourbon at Mary's Pizza downtown.

Great find in the farm country of Sonoma! Wonderful tasting of some really good whiskey, Rum, and Limoncello. Also the Figcello was amazing, and I hate figs! Brandy was excellent also. This guy makes some really fine spirits!
