What an exceptional and uplifting experience. Our sone was married here in the wine cellar. The venue was beautifully decorated and quite magical. Kirsten co ordinated all of the arrange, nets and the organisation was flawless. After the ceremony our small party took part in a wine tasting tour with Philip. He was so funny but very knowledgable. He gave us... More

On a recent trip to Napa we ran across the Viansa Winery and Marketplace. The people at the wine tasting we very friendly and didn't push you to buy the wine. It was so relaxing. For your wine tasting you can get your samples inside and then go outside to sip your wine while taking in a breathtaking view. Would... More

Went on a week day to ovoid the weekend crowds , it was perfect timing, we love reds and Rosés, this place didn't disappoint, wonderful tasting in a beautiful setting, sat out on the patio for our tasting, purchased some cheese and had a great time, the view was very nice

Visiting Viansa after a several year absence was heartbreaking. The Vineyard changed hands within the family and was ultimately bought by a corporate conglomerate. The grounds are still beautiful, how can they not be? The view is still breathtaking, and you still want to sit there all day sipping anything! The fun, crowded Italian marketplace is gone, replaced by boxed... More

I didn't want to rate this one low but I have to be honest. I think if you want to get a feel for the winery check out their bathroom. The nice wineries all have nice bathrooms. This one felt funny when we arrived (Also not very busy). The bathroom is outside when you arrive and very run down. You... More

My very first...visit to a vineyard and it couldn't have been a better introduction to the beauty of Sonoma and it's vineyards and people. Don't forget you're in California, or maybe you should! As the setting, food and vino is Bellisimo. The tasting room has so much to taste and enjoy to complement their wide selection of wines. To top... More

So there we were on Route 121 north about 35 miles from San Francisco on the 101. The traffic is backed up for as far as we could see. Off to our east we could see a vineyard rising to a summit and at the top there's a large structure with a wrap-around terrace. As we approach an entrance gate,... More

Gorgeous location and a must visit if you’re in Sonoma! You won't be disappointed. We love their market and noticed that they have really added a lot to the offerings. Blankets, food boards, new food items, t-shirts and several wood fired pizza ovens outside. Their new events building has taken a lot of space from the original landscape, but the... More

If you had not been to this winery several years ago, you would probably still think it is very nice. We lived nearby from 2003-2010 and used to go there frequently. Six years later it has an entirely different feel which is sterile compared to the way it used to be. We walked around for a few minutes and left... More
