Super friendly and helpful staff! They got us all set for our stay and suggested fun things to do that we didn't think about. Answered all our questions and even booked our wine tour for us.

This was our first stop when we got into Sonoma. The staff was full of knowledge. They helped us plan our two days of wine tasting. Best of all is they had 2 for 1 coupons!!

Worth a visit before heading out to the wineries of Napa and Sonoma. Maps given of the area. Also a little sticker got us a free cookie at bakery across the street

When we arrived we had a hard time finding a parking place. We had chosen our attractions, but we needed a map.
When we entered into the Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau, the clerk gave us automatically a map of Sonoma. She explained all the attractions that may be of interest to us. She was so nice. We didn't get lost at all!
By the way, they had lots of pamphlets.

We had a lot of information given by two love,y ladies on the wine tasting experience...having never done it before, it was good info.
They recommended places,directed us and gave us two for one vouchers.

I stopped into the visitor center to get information about the Sonoma area and left with a bunch of coupons and maps. The woman working was extremely helpful and eager to share her knowledge of the area as well as coupons for my visit to the area. Great resource right on the plaza in Sonoma!
