Considering that tens of thousands of people attended this event (sold out), the parking and shuttle service made getting in and out seamless. Facilities were clean and there were many options for food and drink. All in all, I don't think they could have done anything better. Sonoma Raceway is a class act.

Went to Sonoma to be a part of the NHRA races. What a fun and loud experience. You could feel the vibration of the cars through your body and sound ring through your ears. Overall, the event was awesome, the staff were helpful and easy to identify, the facility had clean restrooms. Look forward to coming out here again another... More

This is going to be hard to put into words. We come up here all types of racing. The first thing is they keep very clean. To buy food and things the cost is far.

My wife and friends are here at the NHRA Drag Races in Sonoma , CA. and what a blast we are having ... This is our second time staying at the 50 acre campground across the street from the track and going to the races all three days ... If you have never tried it , you're definitely missing out... A gift from my wife, I enrolled in the Sonoma Raceway High Speed Driving School which was/is a most terrific experience. You drive your own car, after two or three classroom sessions, in between you are in the paddock area with the instructors going through S turns around cones at speed, all while preparing to go out on the track... Disclaimer: Sonoma is the most dangerous track in Northern California. I've seen more wrecks here than anywhere else in the Bay Area. There are walls everywhere and it is totally unforgiving. I do not recommend this track for beginners. HOWEVER, Sonoma is also my favorite track. The speed you can cary through the uphill esses is awesome, the technicality of... More

Had to do while in CA had to see a NASCAR race series when in the US on holiday. The occasion and passion of this type of racing was there to see. From the pre race to the finish it was a spectacle to see. Patriotic people and event (F16 fly over was awesome) with obvious car make favourites... Lots... More

This is a great track and the area has great views. Be prepared for hot hot weather! The food and drinks are really good, only draw back was the traffic, get there early.

I am rating the grounds and promoters not the course. As for the course, this track is a nice road course. And the event is fun. BUT.... This particular event was and is and most likely will remain a mess with traffic. In bound requires patience to get to your parking area. They (staff) do try to get you into... More
