We were a bus full of tourists visiting the Nicholson Ranch. We were well taken care of and shown around the area. We tasted several types of wine, such as Chardonnay, which was very good. The area is quiet and lovely, a very nice experience.

We did a tour and had a great time. Chris did a wonderful job - we have never been on a vineyard tour and he answered all our questions and was very personable. We enjoyed the wine a lot and the scenery was beautiful!

White wine selection was limited. Book a tour of their caves. Nice Spanish feeling patio space with helpful and kind staff. Good view. Right off the highway.

Visited here on a tour from San Francisco. The views are stunning and the owner and staff are friendly and very passionate about their wine. They have the best Pinot Noir I have ever tasted! Definitely worth a visit.

This is the place to visit if you'd like a private cave tour with a large tasting room in the cave. The best Pinot noir We've tasted.

We had a group of about 20 in Napa for the weekend and decided to have a lovely lunch by the lake at Nicholson. Unfortunately, the lake is covered with algae right now, so not so lovely. And while the winemaker himself was gracious and...More

We were on a tour (just 4 or us) and the operator just took us there. But this was in January, so not crowded either. A call ahead is probably smart if you want to take the tour, which was interesting and educational. And... More
