We having been visiting Rideau for close to twenty years. Their Mourvèdre ( which they were out of) Du Plantier, and Rousanne are tops in our book. And the prices, while not cheap, have not really increased that much in all that time!

There is a heavy French, NOLA influence here. Great food, wine atmosphere and patio. One of the more enjoyable wineries we visited.

Hello, is it acceptable to bring an 11 and 9 year old to this vineyard? If so, would the tour be appropriate? I believe they'd enjoy the beauty of the grounds. They are accostumed to travel and touring museums etc. Thank you.

Yes, this place is very family friendly. However, you should probably call them to ask about children on the tour.
