This well-preserved house in the midst of other buildings accurately harkens back to the days when this area was populated by ranches, worked by common folk for the benefit and pleasure of a wealthy land owner.

When in Simi Valley California don't miss this. Make sure you do a tour if you would like to know the history. We're so impressed with our guide and the time went too quickly. Excellent

I grew up close to here but had no idea this spot was here. There is a selection of local buildings they have saved and moved. The tour guide was knowledgeable.

Great place to learn early Simi Valley history or attend for community events they have a few times a year. Docents are friendly and knowledgeable. Price for admission is low. Lots of history here to explore.
