The Rinald Reagan Presidential Library is located about 45 minutes northwest of LA in beautiful Simi Valley, CA. Perched at the top of a hill, it offers commanding views of the valley with a well-layed out site plan. The exhibition rooms are well thought out and often provides movies and interactive displays throughout the visit. The piece de resistance is... More

Filled with videos and information that makes you appreciate the man, his decisiveness, and his sense of humor. Learned a lot about his pre-politics life and how this may have prepared him for his biggest role. Don't forget to check out the new (unrelated) exhibit about artificial intelligence and scientific inventions used in everyday life.

Great library with tons of history, but they try too hard to strong arm people at the door to buy a season pass for all presidential libraries. Who is going to go to all the presidential libraries or come 5 times in one year? It didn't make sense and it was too much strong-arming. I loved the library and had... More

It is in the middle of nowhere, but this place is expansive, comprehensive and absolutely worth it. Walking through the library the exhibits recount the life and times of Reagan impressively. The library is situated high up on a hill top so the views west during sunset are spectacular. The museum features an actual Air Force One Boeing 707 which... More

Visiting the museum is like being transported into the 1980s. The visual presentations are very detailed, and the venue is spectacular. I especially enjoyed seeing Air Force One inside the building.

It was interesting but only if you have extra time. There were lots of areas to enjoy, but I felt like Nancy Reagan was too much of a focal point, especially at the entrance. I have nothing against her at all...just wasn't as presidential as I expected.

My daughter in law and I took my 6 grandchildren ranging in age from 11 months old to 14 years old. We went during a holiday ( Veteran's Day) which was a bit of a mistake but I would imagine no more than going on a weekend day. We wanted to experience the "Interactive" exhibit. Apparently so did everyone else.... More

RR Presidential Library and Museum has many interesting permanent displays and temporary exhibits. You can view a full-sized replica of the Oval Office, Reagan's life history and artifacts such as Presidential gifts and his personal diaries. A past exhibit featured the lovely, handwritten love letters that Pres. Reagan wrote to Nancy. A more recent exhibit had artifacts from the Vatican.... More

The thing that struck me the most, is the young children who were totally energized throughout the entire time in this iconic tribute to one of our greatest Presidents. We spent 4 hours going through the exhibits and we saw kids from begging to end as young as 6 years old just memorized about Ronald Regan. I cannot tell you... More
