We highly recommend the Stagecoach Wine Tours group. This is not wine sipping for lemmings. Each winery we visited were unique in their own right, with wonderful wines; and, very knowledgeable pourers - in some cases, the owners themselves. Each place offered 'revisits' for an additional, confirming taste, with no pressure to buy. Everyone answered our questions satisfactorily. Our driver, Tyler, was a good, safe driver, and shared quite a bit about the wine industry and each winery's background and history. We'll be doing this again in the near future with more friends. Thanks, mucho, for a great tour. (Now, I'm off to pop a cork and enjoy our purchases with dinner ;-)

We had a great time on the tour. We went to 4 wineries. It was nice that these were smaller wineries, the tasting was was always by reservation, We tasted some great wines. The winery hosts we so friendly, serving us at outdoor tables, where we relaxed and enjoyed the views. We loved our tour guide, Tyler. So well-informed, answered all of our questions, The bus itself was super-comfy, and we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, so no driving for us. My husband and I would highly recommend this tour!

Phenomenal tour and wine experience! The three wineries we experienced were each unique and different. They really showcased the variety of grapes and wine offerings of SYV. Our guide, Tyler, was very knowledgeable about the region and the growing wine industry. We learned so many new facts along the way while enjoying great wine, properties, and hosts. I would recommend Stagecoach hands down and will take a tour with them again.

Where do I even start?! Tyler picked us up from the Lake Cachuma campground and right off the bat he was giving us a history of the area and an overview of where we were heading. We picked up another group of 3 and he continued with describing the climate and types of grapes of the area and pointing out wineries and celebrity homes.
Each winery we went to was intimate and the owners were all knowledgeable and welcoming. You could tell that they had genuine friendships with Tyler as well as the professional relationships. Lunch was almost as delicious as the wine! We can't wait to go back again and explore more of the Santa Barbara wine country with Stagecoach Tours.

We had a wonderful day at several vineyards sampling their different blends. Tom, our driver, was knowledgeable and provided history and insight along the drive. Would highly recommend spending the time wine tasting enjoying scenery and letting someone else handle the driving!

The experience was a complete success. Our guide, Tyler, was knowledgeable as well as personable making for a delightful tour. Stage coach has built a relationship with the wineries in the Santa Ynez valley which lead to our exceptional treatment. Would highly recommend 10/10

Overall, we were hesitant to spend $900 on a day of wine. We aren’t fancy. By the end of the day, we did not regret the decision and will give this company our business next time! We didn’t regret it the next morning either 😉
Amazing:
1. Tom who took care of our every need, stopped by our hotel for sunscreen, and dropped us down the street for a tequila tasting! He offered to pick us up, but we opted to walk off the long day of drinking in the cold!
2. Pence - wonderful staff, the view, wines
3. Bella Cavalli Farms - fun owner, corgies, and wines
4. Boxed lunch
5. Private transportation with safety precautions at all times
Not so amazing:
1. The first stop. What happened? Caliber was no where close to the other two stops! Frankly, we were worried after that stop.

My husband and I are locals and have been to various wineries in Santa Ynez many times over nearly 20 years, but hadn't tried any of the guided tours before. When a friend came to visit, we decided to give a guided tour a try. Tyler was a terrific host - during the trip from SB to the wineries he provided insights into events and history of the area, pointing out landmarks along the way. The three tastings were at locations that my husband and I weren't even aware of despite being long time visitors to SYV wine country. We visited three excellent locations for tastings, in all a fun and informative experience!

Tom was great! Picked us up at the Marriott in Buellton, 10 minutes earlier than planned. He went out of his way to be accommodating, he was very knowledgeable, professional and over the top in service! Great wineries were chosen for us. The van was very modern, high ceilings. Highly, highly recommend.

We had a great time going from winery to winery. We had excellent wine and a really friendly group. We highly recommend Stagecoach for wine tours in Solvang, CA. You will not regret it. We are definitely going to come back and go on another tour with Stagecoach.

Can you take passengers on walkers/wheelchairs? My friend can walk, but only with a walker. Will she be able to sit for the lunch? If so, can/should she bring her wheelchair, too? Thank you.

The vans are a bit high. Does she have a problem elevating? A walker is no problem, we can put in the back of the van. We sit for lunch and will note the reservation to accommodate for her. A wheelchair might be okay too, if it is light duty. There isn’t much walking required, tastings are a mix of seated and standing. Sometimes we walk over grass, let us know if this is an issue as well. Again, we can accommodate but we would need to know details about her abilities.
