At the top of the post I recommend this but: 1. Bring a lunch - there is no place to purchase food and if you find yourself in need you are out of luck. 2. Bring water - if you don't bring it with you then you will wish you had it when it is hot 3. Check the temperature... More

Great 3 hours seeing the sights while actively biking the local trails. Pub stops were a hit and well timed to diminish the heat of July. Frieda is wonderful and full of energy making the whole trip fun! Recommend this to break up the monotony of one wine tasting after another and the snooty attitudes that can accompany that. We... Terrific experience- Dave is a wonderful tour guide who made the day a joy. The journey takes you on a bike ride about an hour out of the village of Santa Rosa to 2 wineries just a mile or two apart, so the majority of the biking is done at the beginning and the end. Pack a picnic and enjoy... More

I had one of the best days of adventuring on my bike through vineyards! Nick was unbelievable! He was knowledgeable, friendly, incredibly helpful and made this experience perfect! The wine tasting was wonderful but being on a bike in California( and it wasn't gruelling! ) riding along beautiful vineyards was incredible. This company is excellent! Nick and Freida were absolutely... More

My husband and I did the tour with Nick who was very knowledgeable about the region. While he was terrific, we kind of had in mind that the famous Frieda would be our guide so we were a bit disappointed there. However, it really was a good bike ride. The wineries we visited were very friendly, family oriented like. Super... More

We took the Santa Rosa bike trip on the second day of our trip. This was a great way to get our bearings in the area and do a little wine tasting too! Our group was at a variety of levels of bike skill and fitness, but we seemed to hang together pretty well. Really enjoyed wine tasting and hanging... More

My boyfriend and I had the best experience with Frieda! She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and most of all, FUN! The weather was perfect for biking, and her bikes are well maintained and easy to ride! At both wineries she and her guide-in-training gave us fun facts and information about the wine we were tasting and the wineries themselves. I highly... More

We did both the Vineyard tour and the Bike and Brew tour when we visited Sonoma last fall. Both tours are equally wonderful and offer an unique experience. The Bike and Brew tour was such a great way to navigate around the town to visit some of the areas best breweries and sample some truly great craft beer. The vineyard... More

My husband and I were the only ones that booked a brew tour on memorial day, but it just made us feel like we were special and exclusive! I booked it for my husband's birthday. The distance was great and the first brewery we stopped at we had an amazing lunch. It was beautiful to see all of the plant... More

Ace It Bike Tours is a perfect and unique way to see the Sonoma landscape up close and visit some terrific vineyards. The biking itself is the perfect amount of activity: about 8 miles each way and mostly flat and on a scenic trail or quiet side roads. The two vineyards we visited were both wonderful, but very different in... More
