Wine tasting at Sunce winery how tastings were conducted years ago, before so many local wineries were sold to big conglomerates. There is a large choice of good wines to try and it's still free. The staff is very congenial and they make you feel at home. The lovely setting also includes a bocce court and picnic tables where you... More

We stopped here with our two kids. We met the wine maker in the tasting room (that was free by the way) and sampled some of the wines. Our kids were happily playing with the owners dog, as well as some of the outdoor games they had set up. We were invited to take a self guided tour of the... More

We stopped here after a bad experience at a vineyard next door and found this family run winery to be awesome. We tried the wines (no charge by the way), found the people pouring to be very knowledgeable and then bought 4 bottles of wine. Our experience here was great. They have a great outdoor area. It just goes to... More

Beautiful winery with decent wines...not the best I ever had but something for every taste. Their tasting is free for the 1st 5 tastes so you can find something you enjoy. The sitting area has boce. The outside area is very peaceful and relaxing.

So many things to try! Second stop of tthe day and we had to pace ourselves. They had barrel tastings, followed by a blind tasting and then more in the actual tasting room during the Winter Wineland event. They were serving a balsamic and bleu cheese balsamic sandwich but the highlight was truly the white port. Some staff was better... More

I was a Sunce Wine club member until I started drinking more of the 2009 vintage! All are crap! Heavy sediment, cloudy in the glass and just not drinkable! I had 3 mixed cases and selectively dumping them down the drain! The 2009 Old Clone Zin is by far the worst!

This experience was delightful for a newbie to wine. The tasting room employees made it feel less intimidating and everyone found a winner wine they loved. We picnic'd on the patio and finished off some wine and had to go back again :)

Myself and my wife visited the Sunce Winery on the first Saturday in December. We had visited over a dozen wineries in our 5 day trip in Napa and Sonoma counties. This was by far the most friendliest winery we visited. The wines were great and we were able to buy them and have them shipped for very reasonable prices.... More

This is a great winery to visit. The tasting room is relatively small, so on a busy weekend you may have to wait for your next pour, but it's worth the wait. The winemaker is from Croatia and does a great job of producing very unusual varietals and blends you won't find anywhere else (as well as the "standards" like... More

Sunce is a great family winery who have a various selection of wines, great patio for family, BBQ and tastings. They're family event such as crushing of grapes, barrel tasting and other contest are lots of fun.
